“शिक्षा और संस्कार के समन्वय से ही समाज का सशक्त निर्माण संभव” — राज्यपाल

गुमला : – गुमला में माननीय राज्यपाल श्री संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने आज गुमला जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत बिन्देश्वरी लाल साहू सरस्वती शिशु विद्या मंदिर, भलमण्डा में बालिका छात्रावास का लोकार्पण किया। राज्यपाल महोदय ने अपने संबोधन में सर्वप्रथम परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित शहीद वीर लांसनायक अल्बर्ट एक्का के योगदान का उल्लेख करते हुए उन्हें नमन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रसन्नता है कि विद्या विकास समिति, झारखण्ड द्वारा सैकड़ों विद्यालयों के माध्यम से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कार्य किए जा रहे हैं, यह संगठन वर्षों से झारखण्ड के दूरस्थ ग्रामों एवं जनजातीय अंचलों में शिक्षा, संस्कार एवं सामाजिक चेतना के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय भूमिका निभा रहा है।

राज्यपाल महोदय ने मातुश्री काशीबा हरिभाई गोटी चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट, सूरत, गुजरात ट्रस्ट द्वारा नवनिर्मित 236वां सरस्वतीधाम (बालिका छात्रावास) के लोकार्पण के संदर्भ में बोलते हुए कहा कि आज यहाँ आरम्भ यह छात्रावास केवल एक भवन नहीं, बल्कि ग्रामीण एवं जनजातीय अंचल की बालिकाओं के स्वावलंबन, आत्मबल और उज्ज्वल भविष्य का आधार बनेगा। उन्होंने इस छात्रावास के निर्माण में सहयोग प्रदान हेतु बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि जब समाज संगठित होकर शिक्षा के लिए प्रयास करता है, तब परिवर्तन की दिशा सुनिश्चित होती है। उन्होंने उल्लेख करते हुए कि हाल ही में उन्हें विद्या विकास समिति, झारखण्ड द्वारा नगड़ी, कुदलुंग में आयोजित जनजातीय प्रवासी कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण समापन समारोह में भाग लेने का अवसर मिला, जहाँ उन्होंने समिति की कार्यपद्धति और प्रतिबद्धता को निकट से देखा और अनुभव किया।

माननीय राज्यपाल ने माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के दृष्टिकोण—‘बेटी पढ़ेगी, तभी देश बढ़ेगा’ का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि झारखण्ड में अधिकाधिक संख्या में एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थापना जनजातीय प्रतिभाओं को शिक्षा और अवसर देने की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम है। उन्होंने हाल ही में श्रीहरि वनवासी कल्याण केन्द्र से सम्बद्ध वनवासी विकास समिति के एक कार्यक्रम में भागीदारी का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि समाज और सेवा संस्थाएँ मिलकर झारखण्ड के वनवासी अंचलों में शिक्षा, संस्कार और परिवर्तनों की आधारशिला रख रही हैं। सुमन रमेश तुलस्यानी ट्रस्ट, मुम्बई द्वारा बच्चों हेतु दो बसें प्रदान किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कार्य करने हेतु समाज में ऐसे लोगों की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने मातुश्री काशीबा हरिभाई गोटी चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट सूरत, गुजरात के केशुभाई जी को शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय कार्य (236 सरस्वतीधाम की स्थापना) हेतु अत्यंत बधाई दी।

राज्यपाल महोदय ने कहा कि शिक्षा वही जो संस्कार दे और संस्कार वही जो समाज को दिशा दे। यह छात्रावास उसी विचार का मूर्त रूप है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह परिसर केवल आवासीय सुविधा न होकर विद्यार्थियों के व्यक्तित्व निर्माण, आत्मनिर्भरता और राष्ट्र सेवा का केंद्र बने।

इसके उपरान्त राज्यपाल महोदय विकास भारती, बिशुनपुर पहुंचे। वहां उन्होंने विकास भारती के सचिव पद्मश्री श्री अशोक भगत के साथ शिष्टाचार भेंट की। और इसके उपरान्त विकास भारती परिसर में पौधारोपण किया। तत्पश्चात ज्ञान निकेतन,विद्यालय के बच्चों के साथ संवाद किया। उन्होंने वहां उपस्थित सभी बच्चों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की। उन्होंने विकास भारती के बेहतर व्यवस्था एवं संचालन की तारीफ की। राज्यपाल महोदय ने बच्चों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि बच्चों को बेहतर शिक्षा एवं सही देखभाल मिले यह अत्यन्त आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास भारती इस दिशा में बेहतर कार्य कर रहा है।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त श्रीमती प्रेरणा दीक्षित,पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन जमीं,विकास भारती के सचिव पद्मश्री अशोक भगत,उपाध्यक्ष रंजना चौधरी,विकास भारती के अन्य सदस्यगण, शिक्षकों, अभिभावकों, ग्रामिणों तथा बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राओं की उपस्थिति रही।
