वेतन न मिलने से भुखमरी की कगार पर आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारी, आंदोलन की चेतावनी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित पुराना समाहरणालय, गुमला के परिसर में शनिवार को जिला आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारी संघ की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक संपन्न हुई। इस बैठक में गुमला जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से लगभग 500 की संख्या में आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया और अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर हुंकार भरी।बैठक में कर्मचारियों ने अपना दर्द बयां करते हुए कहा कि पिछले 4 महीनों से उन्हें मानदेय (वेतन) नहीं मिला है, जिसके कारण उनके सामने भुखमरी की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है। कर्मचारियों का कहना था कि एक तो उन्हें पहले से ही काफी कम वेतन मिलता है, जिससे घर चलाना मुश्किल होता है, ऊपर से समय पर भुगतान न होने के कारण वे अपने परिवार का बीमारी में इलाज तक कराने में असमर्थ हैं।कर्मचारियों ने आरोप लगाया कि उनका मानसिक और आर्थिक शोषण किया जा रहा है। उन्हें सरकारी कर्मचारियों के समान न तो वेतन मिलता है और न ही अवकाश, मैटरनिटी लीव या विशेष अवकाश जैसी सुविधाएं दी जा रही हैं।बैठक में उपस्थित आक्रोशित कर्मचारी ने कहा “अगर जल्द ही हमारे बकाए वेतन का भुगतान नहीं किया गया, तो हम उग्र आंदोलन करने पर मजबूर हो जाएंगे। इससे होने वाले किसी भी सरकारी कार्य के बाधित होने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी प्रशासन की होगी।” बैठक में विशेष रूप से उपस्थित झारखंड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ के जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार और चिकित्सा संघ के जिला सचिव जितवाहन उरांव ने कर्मचारियों की मांगों का पुरजोर समर्थन किया। उन्होंने विस्तार से अपनी बात रखते हुए कहा कि आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मियों के वेतन की मांग को लेकर सरकार और संबंधित विभाग को पत्र भेजा जा चुका है। उम्मीद है कि जल्द ही वेतन का आवंटन आ जाएगा। दोनों नेताओं ने भरोसा दिलाया कि महासंघ हमेशा कर्मचारियों के साथ खड़ा है और उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए हर स्तर पर लड़ाई लड़ेगा।बैठक के समापन की घोषणा संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारा की गई। उक्त बातों की विस्तृत जानकारी झारखंड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ के जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर दी।
