प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना से समृद्धि: कुम्हारी गांव में बीड़ की झलक और प्रशासन की सक्रियता

गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बसिया प्रखंड के कुम्हारी गांव में प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना के तहत चल रहे मछली पालन कार्यक्रम का विस्तृत निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों से संवाद किया और परियोजना की सफलता के पीछे की वजहें जानी।

क्या और क्यों:
कुम्हारी गांव में लगभग 20 तालाबों में मछली पालन हो रहा है, जिससे स्थानीय मत्स्यपालक—जिनमें ज्योति लकड़ा, ओमप्रकाश साहू एवं लाखन सिंह प्रमुख हैं—स्वावलम्बी बन रहे हैं। योजना ने क्षेत्र की तस्वीर बदल दी है। इसके अलावा, उपायुक्त ने तालाबों के आसपास पेड़ लगाने, पौधारोपण भी किया और जिलास्तरीय मछली अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि गोड़ में स्थानीय फलदार पौधे लगाए जाएं।

कैसे हो रही मदद:
ज्योति लकड़ा ने बताया कि मछली के बीज तैयार करने तथा चारा मिल चलाने की पहल ग्रामीण किसानों को अपेक्षित लाभ दे रही है। इससे प्रेरित होकर अब अन्य किसान भी खेती की जगह मत्स्य पालन को अपना रहे हैं।

अधिकारियों से क्या कहा:
उपायुक्त ने कहा, “प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना से जुड़कर आप सभी समृद्ध बने हैं—यह आपकी सफलता की निशानी है। जिला प्रशासन आपके साथ हर कदम पर है।” ग्रामीणों ने यह भी बताया कि, “माओवादी प्रभावित क्षेत्र से निकलकर अब मत्स्य पालन ने हमें आत्मनिर्भर और आशावान बनाया है।”

साथ में स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा का निरीक्षण:
आगे यात्रा में उपायुक्त ने बसिया के रेफरल अस्पताल का दौरा किया। उन्होंने महिला चिकित्सकों समेत पीडियाट्रिक डॉक्टरों की कमी पर चिंता जताई और प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक स्टाफ उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। अस्पताल के नियोनेटल यूनिट, डायलिसिस सेंटर, लेबर रूम और ओपीडी की स्थिति का जायजा लिया।

कुपोषण एवं पोषण पर भी दी निर्देशना:
उपाचारक ने कुपोषण उपचार केंद्र और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र “लोंगा” का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने वहां पूरे पोषण आहार के वितरण पर फोकस करते हुए बच्चे एवं माताओं को पर्याप्त भोजन की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। इसके साथ मासिक दो बार निगरानी समिति मीटिंग करने के निर्देश भी दिए।

शिक्षा और खेल का पोषण:
उपायुक्त ने बसिया पुस्तकालय में बच्चों की गिरती उपस्थिति पर चिंता जताई और कहा कि पढ़ने के माहौल को बेहतर बनाकर युवाओं को आकर्षित किया जाएगा। बंद पड़े इनडोर स्टेडियम को दिसम्बर तक चालू कराकर बैडमिंटन टूर्नामेंट आयोजित करने की योजना साझा की।

महिला मत्स्यपालकों से संवाद:
धंसिंह जलाशय में महिला समिति की सहभागिता से लाभ की बात सुनकर प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “यह देखकर खुशी होती है कि ग्रामीण महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं। जल्द शेड निर्माण की स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है, जिससे आपके कार्य को और मजबूती मिलेगी।”

सुगंती बारला ने बताया, “मत्स्य पालन के बाद हम सभी महिलाओं को अच्छा लाभ प्राप्त हो रहा है और आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं।”

डीसीएलआर बसिया, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी और स्थानीय मत्स्यपालक समूह के सदस्य।
