“72 घंटे में ठप जल योजना चालू करे”: उप-विकास आयुक्त की सख्त चेतावनी

गुमला, – गुमला के उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में जिला जल एवं स्वच्छता समिति की समीक्षा बैठक आज आयोजित की गई, जिसमें पेयजल संबंधी योजनाओं की स्थिति की गहन जांच की गई।

क्यों और कैसे हुए निर्देश
बैठक में महतो ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि जिले में बंद पड़े पेयजल आपूर्ति सिस्टम को 72 घंटे के भीतर पुनः चालू कर दिया जाए, ताकि ग्रामीणों को पीने के पानी की कमी का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होंने ग्राम जल एवं स्वच्छता समितियों को नियमित सक्रिय रहने और संचालन व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाए रखने का निर्देश दिया।

क्या समीक्षा की गई
बैठक में “हर घर जल” योजना, पानी की पाइपलाइन, वितरण नेटवर्क और रखरखाव व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की गई। इसके अलावा, स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण–ग्रामीण, शौचालय निर्माण की प्रगति और कचरा प्रबंधन की स्थिति पर भी चर्चा की गई। संबंधित विभागों को इन कार्यों को समयबद्ध और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित तरीके से पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

कैसे कार्यवाही की जाएगी
महतो ने सभी कनिष्ठ अभियंता, प्रखंड वॉश कोऑर्डिनेटर को आदेश दिया कि वे प्रत्येक माह ग्राम स्तर पर समिति की बैठकों का आयोजन करें और योजनाओं के रख-रखाव की स्थिति पर प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करें। इससे लोक शिकायतों का त्वरित निवारण सुनिश्चित होगा।

• हर माह की बैठक – योजनाओं की निरंतर स्थिति की निगरानी

बैठक में जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता (पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल), प्रखंड वॉश कोऑर्डिनेटर और अन्य तकनीकी व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

इस बैठक ने यह संदेश दिया कि जल–स्वच्छता योजनाओं को सिर्फ बनाकर भूलना नहीं है, बल्कि उनका सतत संचालन और रख-रखाव भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है—और इस दिशा में प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट रूप से कार्यवाही आरंभ कर दी है।
