गुमला : पंचायतों के समग्र और सतत विकास को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से शनिवार को नगर भवन, गुमला में पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक (PAI 2.0) विषय पर जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन पंचायती राज विभाग, गुमला द्वारा JIMTM स्किल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सहयोग से किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य
कार्यशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य था — सतत् विकास लक्ष्यों (SDGs) को पंचायत स्तर पर कार्यान्वित कर जमीनी शासन को सशक्त बनाना और पंचायतों को आत्मनिर्भर विकास की दिशा में अग्रसर करना।
मुख्य अतिथि का संबोधन
मुख्य अतिथि उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि “पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक” देश की ढाई लाख से अधिक ग्राम पंचायतों की प्रगति को मापने का एक परिवर्तनकारी उपकरण है।
इस सूचकांक के माध्यम से पंचायतों के प्रदर्शन को स्थानीय स्तर पर सतत विकास लक्ष्यों से जोड़ा जाता है, जिसमें गरीबी उन्मूलन, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, महिला सशक्तिकरण, जल प्रबंधन, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, सामाजिक न्याय और सुशासन जैसे प्रमुख क्षेत्र शामिल हैं।
उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों से अपील की कि वे योजनाओं को प्रभावी रूप से लागू कर पंचायतों को स्वावलंबी और सशक्त बनाएं।
प्रशिक्षण और सहभागिता
कार्यशाला में मास्टर ट्रेनर निकोलस सुरीन ने प्रतिभागियों को Panchayat Advancement Index (PAI 2.0) की संरचना, कार्यपद्धति और मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया पर प्रशिक्षण दिया। उन्होंने पावर प्वाइंट प्रेजेंटेशन (PPT) के ज़रिए बताया कि पंचायत स्तर पर किन मानकों पर विशेष ध्यान देना आवश्यक है ताकि सतत विकास लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित हो सके।
उपस्थिति
कार्यक्रम में निदेशक ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण (DRDA), DPRO/LRDC गुमला, SDPO, DSO, विभिन्न विभागों के जिला अधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, और पंचायत प्रतिनिधि बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।
