शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा यूनिफार्म के लिए डीबीटी अंतर्गत 53 हजार से अधिक बच्चों के खातों में पहुँची राशि तथा 24 हजार से अधिक बच्चों के विवरण हुए पोर्टल पर अपलोड

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा यूनिफार्म डीबीटी राशि प्राप्त बच्चों के अभिभावकों से बच्चों को विद्यालय यूनिफार्म क्रय करने और बच्चों को नियमित रूप से विद्यालय भेजने का अनुरोध किया l

साथ ही साथ सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों में कक्षा 1 से 8 के शेष बचे विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों से शीघ्र बैंक विवरण उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध

समग्र शिक्षा अंतर्गत गुमला जिले में कक्षा 1 से 8 के बच्चों के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित यूनिफार्म डीबीटी योजना के तहत अब तक उल्लेखनीय प्रगति दर्ज करते हुए जिले के कुल 96,827 लाभार्थी विद्यार्थियों में से 53,438 बच्चों के बैंक खातों में सफलतापूर्वक यूनिफार्म की राशि ट्रांसफर कर दी गई है।

शिक्षा विभाग के अनुसार, राज्य सरकार द्वारा कक्षा 1 से 5 के बच्चों के लिए ₹600 तथा कक्षा 6 से 8 के बच्चों के लिए ₹760 प्रति छात्र की दर से वार्षिक यूनिफार्म अनुदान राशि उपलब्ध कराई जाती है।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने बताया कि प्रथम चरण में सफलतापूर्वक डीबीटी के बाद पुनः दूसरे चरण में 24,487 बच्चों के बैंक खातों का विवरण पीएफएमएस पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया जा चुका है तथा राज्य स्तर से राशि स्वीकृति प्राप्त होते ही शीघ्र ही इन बच्चों के खातों में भी डीबीटी के माध्यम से राशि पहुंच जाएगी।

वर्तमान में जिले में शेष बच रहे 18,902 बच्चों के बैंक विवरण प्राथमिकता के साथ स्कूलों से एकत्र कराए जा रहे हैं तथा अवकाश बाद स्कूल खुलते ही अगले 10 दिनों में कक्षा 1–2 के लगभग 11 हजार और कक्षा 3–8 के लगभग 7,500 बच्चों के बैंक विवरण की प्राप्ति के लिए सभी प्रखंड को निर्देशित किया गया है । जिले के सिसई, घाघरा, बिशुनपुर आदि प्रखंड में अकाउंट विवरण कलेक्शन संबंधी ज्यादा कार्य बाकी है जबकि जारी, रायडीह, कामडारा में अच्छी प्रगति है । शिक्षा विभाग प्रयत्नशील है कि 15 नवंबर तक बैंक विवरण प्राप्त कर सभी योग्य बच्चों के लिए नियमानुसार यूनिफार्म की राशि भेजी जा सके ।

राज्य स्तरीय दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार कक्षा 1 और 2 के ऐसे छोटे बच्चे जिनके पास स्वयं या उनके माता-पिता के किसी प्रकार के बैंक खाते उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, उनके लिए विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के माध्यम से अपवाद स्वरूप यूनिफार्म क्रय कराया जा सकता है जबकि कक्षा 3 से 8 के सभी विद्यार्थियों के लिए यूनिफार्म राशि डीबीटी हेतु बच्चे, माता या पिता का सक्रिय बैंक खाता, जनधन खाता या अन्य बचत खाता आवश्यक है।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के सभी सरकारी विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों से अपील की है कि जिन परिवारों ने अब तक अपने बच्चों के बैंक विवरण विद्यालय में जमा नहीं किए हैं, वे शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराएं ताकि डीबीटी प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्र, माता या पिता किसी का भी सक्रिय बैंक खाता स्वीकार्य है ।

डीसी ने यह भी अनुरोध किया कि सर्दियां आरम्भ हो रही हैं अतः जिन अभिभावकों के खातों में डीबीटी की राशि प्राप्त हो चुकी है, वे उक्त राशि से अपने बच्चों के लिए विद्यालय यूनिफार्म, स्वेटर, जूता मोजा आदि क्रय करें और बच्चों को नियमित रूप से विद्यालय भेजें।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक द्वारा जिले के सभी बीईओ, बीपीओ, लेखापाल, बीआरपी और सीआरपी को विद्यालयवार शेष बच्चों के बैंक विवरण अद्यतन कराने और सिर्फ कक्षा 1 एवं 2 के ऐसे बच्चों की सूची तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है जिनके स्वयं या अभिभावकों के कोई भी बैंक खाते उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। उनके द्वारा सभी सरकारी विद्यालय के प्रधान अध्यापक एवं सभी शिक्षकों को यह भी निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे स्कूल खुलते ही अभियान के रूप में कार्य करते हुए कक्षा 1 से 8 के विद्यार्थियों हेतु जिन परिवारों ने अब तक अपने बच्चों या अभिभावकों के बैंक विवरण विद्यालय में जमा नहीं किए हैं, उनसे संपर्क कर एक सप्ताह में खाता संख्या, आईएफएससी कोड, बैंक नाम एवं शाखा विवरण अपने बीआरसी में जमा करें ताकि जिले के सरकारी विद्यालयों के कक्षा 1 से 8 के शत-प्रतिशत विद्यार्थियों को यूनिफार्म राशि से लाभान्वित किया जा सके ।
