गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा का महाअभियान: 150 से अधिक चालकों पर कार्रवाई, ₹ 2.32 लाख का रिकॉर्ड चालान

जिले भर के थानों में एक साथ चला जांच अभियान, स्कूली वाहनों में ओवरलोडिंग और छत पर सवारी बैठाने के मामले में भी सख्त कार्रवाई

गुमला ः गुमला जिले में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की बढ़ती संख्या पर लगाम कसने और यातायात नियमों के प्रति कड़ा अनुशासन लागू करने के उद्देश्य से, जिला प्रशासन ने आज एक अभूतपूर्व और सघन जांच अभियान चलाया। उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित और जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मा के कड़े निर्देशानुसार पर यह अभियान एक साथ भरनो थाना, सिसई थाना, कामडारा थाना, गुमला थाना सहित जिले के विभिन्न प्रमुख मार्गों और चौराहों पर चलाया गया।

डीटीओ के नेतृत्व में 2.32 लाख की वसूली

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में डीटीओ टीम और पुलिस बल की संयुक्त कार्रवाई ने नियम तोड़ने वाले चालकों में हड़कंप मचा दिया। सुबह से ही थाना परिसरों और मुख्य चौराहों पर पुलिस की तैनाती देख वाहन चालकों के पास कोई बहाना नहीं चल पाया। इस व्यापक जांच के दौरान, यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले 150 से अधिक वाहन चालकों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई, जिससे जिला प्रशासन ने कुल ₹2,32,000 से अधिक का रिकॉर्ड जुर्माना वसूला।

डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस पहल का प्राथमिक लक्ष्य सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को कम करना है, जिसके लिए लगातार नियमों को तोड़ने वाले चालकों पर लगाम कसना अब समय की मांग है।

स्कूल बसों पर प्रशासन की सख्ती: ओवरलोडिंग और जोखिम भरी यात्रा पर कार्रवाई

अभियान के दौरान प्रशासन ने स्कूली वाहनों पर विशेष सख्ती दिखाई। राजश्री स्कूल और शैल पुत्री स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापकों को वाहनों में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक बच्चों को बैठाने के मामले में फटकार लगाई गई और उन पर जुर्माना लगाया गया। इसी कड़ी में, संत मैरी स्कूल, बसिया की बस पर भी नियमों के उल्लंघन के कारण चालान काटा गया।

इसके अलावा, यात्रियों की जान जोखिम में डालने वाले परिवहन के तरीके पर भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई। जूली नामक बस पर यात्रियों को बस की छत पर बैठाकर यात्रा कराने के कारण तुरंत कार्रवाई की गई और उस पर जुर्माना लगाया गया। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी तरह से सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा से खिलवाड़ बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

जाँच का मुख्य फोकस दोपहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए हेलमेट की अनिवार्यता और चार पहिया/मालवाहक वाहन चालकों के लिए सीट बेल्ट सुनिश्चित करने पर रहा। इसके अतिरिक्त, ट्रिपल राइडिंग, तेज गति, ‘ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव’ के मामले पकड़े गए, साथ ही अमान्य कागज़ात जैसे लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस और पीयूसी के बिना वाहन चलाने वालों पर भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई।

‘हेलमेट घर पर छोड़ेंगे, प्रशासन आपको नहीं छोड़ेगी’

जुर्माना लगाने के साथ ही, अधिकारियों ने पकड़े गए लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक करने पर भी ज़ोर दिया। डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से चालकों को लापरवाही से होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं के गंभीर परिणामों के बारे में समझाया। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी देते हुए कहा, “जान बचानी है तो सुधार जाएं, हेलमेट रहेगा साथ जिंदगी भी साथ रहेगी, हेलमेट घर पर छोड़ेंगे, जिला प्रशासन आपको नहीं छोड़ेगी।”

इस सघन जाँच अभियान में गुमला जिला पुलिस उपाधीक्षक सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, भरनो थाना प्रभारी कंचन प्रजापति, सिसई थाना प्रभारी संतोष कुमार सिंह और कामडारा थाना प्रभारी मुकेश कुमार सुमन, मोटर वाहन निरीक्षक गुमला रॉबिन अजय सिंह व प्रदीप तिर्की सहित डीटीओ कार्यालय के कर्मी और पुलिस बल प्रमुख रूप से उपस्थित रहे। अधिकारियों ने यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि भविष्य में यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ और भी सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगेl
