मशरूम खेती से PVTG परिवारों की ज़िंदगी में आ रहा बदलाव

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अन्तर्गत स्थित आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी का औरापाट मॉडल गांव आज बदलाव की एक नई कहानी लिख रहा है। वर्षों से सीमित संसाधनों और अनिश्चित आय से जूझ रहे P V T G समुदाय के परिवारों के लिए विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से गांव के विकास हेतु कार्य किए जा रहें हैं।इसी क्रम में ग्रामीणों के लिए मशरूम उत्पादन एवं वैल्यू एडिशन परियोजना अब आजीविका की नई उम्मीद बनकर सामने आई है। इस पहल के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को यह विश्वास दिलाया जा रहा है कि वे अपने घर पर रहकर, कम लागत में, सम्मानजनक और स्थायी आमदनी अर्जित कर सकते हैं। उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन पर उक्त योजना के अंतर्गत डुमरी प्रखंड के कुल 5,00 PVTG एवं जनजातीय परिवारों को चरणबद्ध रूप से मशरूम खेती और प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ा जाएगा, ताकि उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत हो और वे आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।

जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि योजना के पहले कदम के रूप में औरापाट गांव के 45 PVTG ग्रामीणों के बीच मशरूम किट का वितरण किया गया। इस दौरान ग्रामीणों को ऑयस्टर मशरूम की खेती का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान खेत-खलिहान से लेकर घर के छोटे से कमरे तक मशरूम उगाने की सरल तकनीकें समझाई गईं।
इस परियोजना का क्रियान्वयन APP Aggregate, खूँटी द्वारा किया जा रहा है, जिसकी कुल स्वीकृत लागत ₹5,4.71 लाख है, 1 वर्षीय इस योजना में लाभुकों को ऑयस्टर मशरूम एवं बटन मशरूम की खेती हेतु प्रशिक्षण एवं टूल कीट वितरित किए जा रहे हैं। आगे चलकर गांव में मशरूम प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट, स्वयं सहायता समूहों का गठन, पैकेजिंग-ब्रांडिंग, एक्सपोज़र विज़िट तथा जिला मुख्यालय में मशरूम मार्ट की स्थापना की जाएगी। पाउडर, चिप्स, बड़ी, पापड़ जैसे मूल्य संवर्धित उत्पादों के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को बाजार से सीधे जोड़ा जाएगा, ताकि उन्हें उनकी मेहनत का सही मूल्य मिल सके।

यह पहल केवल एक योजना नहीं, बल्कि PVTG समुदाय के आत्मसम्मान, आत्मनिर्भरता और सुरक्षित भविष्य की दिशा में उठाया गया मजबूत कदम है। नीति आयोग के आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम के तहत संचालित यह परियोजना औरापाट गांव को आत्मनिर्भर आजीविका का एक प्रेरक मॉडल बनाने की ओर अग्रसर है।
