जिला स्तरीय साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित, उप विकास आयुक्त ने सुनी आमजनों की समस्याएं

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिला सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक निदेशक सह जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता ललन कुमार रजक द्वारा भी आवेदकों की समस्याओं को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना गया। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान प्राप्त आवेदनों के त्वरित एवं प्रभावी निष्पादन हेतु उप विकास आयुक्त स्तर से संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान ग्राम बरांगपाट निवासी संजीवन उरांव द्वारा आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसमें उन्होंने हीन्डाल्को कम्पनी, बिमरला माइंस द्वारा उनकी खतियानी भूमि लीज पर लेकर खनन किए जाने के कारण आजीविका एवं रोजगार से वंचित होने की बात कही। आवेदक ने कम्पनी द्वारा पूर्व में किए गए वादे के अनुरूप योग्यता के आधार पर रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया। इस मामले में प्रस्तुत शपथ पत्र एवं भूमि दस्तावेजों के आधार पर संबंधित विभाग को जांचोपरांत आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में ग्राम बुमतेल, थाना जारी निवासी सुचिता किड़ों द्वारा अपने पति स्व० आशिषण खलखो, जो झारखंड सहायक पुलिस के पद पर कार्यरत थे और सेवा काल में जिनका निधन हो गया था, के स्थान पर अनुकम्पा के आधार पर नियुक्ति एवं मुआवजा दिए जाने का आवेदन दिया गया। उप विकास आयुक्त ने इस मामले में संबंधित विभाग को नियमानुसार कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
इसी क्रम में घाघरा निवासी संजय कुमार सिंह द्वारा निजी भूमि के नाले में जबरन गंदा पानी बहाने एवं अस्वच्छता फैलाने की शिकायत की गई। उन्होंने बताया कि मोहल्ले के कुछ लोगों द्वारा दबाव बनाकर निजी नाले में गंदा पानी मिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इस पर संबंधित अंचल एवं स्थानीय प्रशासन को स्थल जांच कर आवश्यक समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
छोटा लोरो बैरटोली गांव से कमलेश्वर उरांव, करमा उरांव एवं नारो उरांव द्वारा खतियानी एवं नावल्द भूमि से संबंधित विवाद को लेकर आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसमें अवैध कब्जा एवं आपसी सहमति न बनने की बात कही गई। इस प्रकरण में राजस्व एवं अंचल विभाग को तथ्यों की जांच कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।
वहीं करौंदी ग्राम के ग्रामीणों द्वारा आवासीय क्षेत्र एवं विद्यालय के समीप संचालित हनुमान फ्लोर मिल से उत्पन्न वायु एवं ध्वनि प्रदूषण की शिकायत की गई। उप विकास आयुक्त ने इस मामले में प्रदूषण नियंत्रण एवं संबंधित विभाग को शीघ्र जांच कर नियमों के अनुरूप कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
इसके अतिरिक्त ग्रामीणों द्वारा टुडुरमा, कांसीर, लोदाम, जशपुर एवं मंझाटोली मार्ग पर स्थित वर्षों से क्षतिग्रस्त पुलिया के पुनर्निर्माण की मांग को लेकर आवेदन दिया गया। इस पर संबंधित विभाग को स्थल निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई प्रारंभ करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपरोक्त मामलों के अतिरिक्त सड़क निर्माण, आपसी मतभेद, विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने, सड़क, बिजली, पानी एवं रोजगार से संबंधित अनेक आवेदन भी प्राप्त हुए।
उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि नागरिकों की समस्याओं का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निराकरण किया जाए तथा पात्र लाभुकों को योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित करते हुए हरसंभव सहयोग प्रदान किया जाए
