खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा सघन निरीक्षण अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर, खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के द्वारा गुमला पार्क से रामनगर तक सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में मार्ग में स्थित सभी होटल, प्रतिष्ठान एवं ठेला संचालकों की गहन जांच की गई।

निरीक्षण के दौरान सभी होटल एवं ठेला संचालकों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे कचरा निस्तारण हेतु ढक्कनयुक्त डस्टबीन का अनिवार्य रूप से उपयोग करें, ताकि स्वच्छता एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। साथ ही खाद्य पदार्थों में अखाद्य रंगों (आखाद्य कलर) के उपयोग पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध का निर्देश देते हुए भविष्य में इसका प्रयोग न करने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि आमजन के स्वास्थ्य से किसी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा और खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। निरीक्षण अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
