उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज समाहरणालय परिसर में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त से प्रत्यक्ष मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याएं रखीं। जन शिकायत निवारण के दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुना गया तथा संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारियों को त्वरित एवं संवेदनशील कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए। कई आवेदनों का मौके पर ही समाधान भी किया गया।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान नागरिकों द्वारा राशन, पेंशन, आवास, बिजली, पेयजल, सड़क निर्माण, रोजगार, आपसी विवाद, सामाजिक एवं राजस्व से संबंधित विभिन्न समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी गईं।
इस क्रम में चाला अखड़ा खोड़हा, ग्राम शाखा पिरहा चट्टान, पो० सुन्दरीडीह, प्रखंड पालकोट, जिला गुमला के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा दिनांक 14 फरवरी 2026 को बाजार डांड़, पिरहा चट्टान, पालकोट में आयोजित होने वाले माघ जतरा के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करने का आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। आवेदकों द्वारा बताया गया कि प्रत्येक वर्ष की भांति इस वर्ष भी माघ जतरा का आयोजन किया जाना है, जिसमें गांव के पाहन-पुजारी द्वारा पूजा-अर्चना के पश्चात कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ होगा। उक्त जतरा में 15 खोड़हा नृत्य दल भाग लेंगे एवं पारंपरिक नृत्य एवं सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दी जाएंगी। आयोजन हेतु सजावट, टेंट, साउंड, लाइट, जेनरेटर, फोटोग्राफी, नृत्य दलों के मानदेय एवं भोजन आदि मदों में अनुमानित व्यय का विवरण प्रस्तुत किया गया।

सिसई अंचल अंतर्गत ग्राम घाघरा कपोटोली निवासी बुधवा पहान (उराँव), पिता सनिया उराँव द्वारा उनके जमीन पर अवैध रूप से नाम चढ़ाकर रसीद कटवाने की शिकायत की गई। आवेदक ने बताया कि उक्त जमीन गांव की परंपरागत सेवा भूमि है, जो आदिवासी समाज की पूजा-पाठ एवं कर्मकांड से संबंधित है तथा इस पर मालगुजारी या खरीद-बिक्री का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। उपायुक्त द्वारा मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए अंचल अधिकारी सिसई को जांच कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इसी प्रकार ग्राम बरांगपाट, पोस्ट आदर, थाना घाघरा निवासी संजीवन उरांव पिता रोपनाउन उरांव, द्वारा हेन्डाल्को कंपनी बिमरला माइन्स से संबंधित शिकायत प्रस्तुत की गई। आवेदक ने बताया कि उनके पिता रोपन उराँव की जमीन कंपनी द्वारा लीज पर ली गई, जिससे परिवार खेती एवं आजीविका से वंचित हो गया है। कंपनी द्वारा नौकरी देने का आश्वासन दिया गया था, जिसे अब तक पूरा नहीं किया गया। उपायुक्त द्वारा दस्तावेजों के आधार पर संबंधित विभाग को नियमानुसार जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई एवं प्रतिवेदन समर्पित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

पेयजल समस्या से संबंधित आवेदन में ग्राम इडरो फटकपुर पंचायत बसुआ, प्रखंड गुमला निवासी बिनोद उराँव, पिता चंदर उराँव द्वारा बताया गया कि वे एवं उनकी पत्नी दोनों दिव्यांग हैं तथा उनके घर के पास पेयजल की कोई सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है। उपायुक्त द्वारा इस मानवीय मामले को प्राथमिकता देते हुए संबंधित विभाग को स्थल सत्यापन कर चापाकल स्थापना की कार्रवाई शीघ्र सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस पर उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा कहा गया कि आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी एवं संवेदनशील समाधान जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है तथा सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारी जन शिकायतों के निवारण में गंभीरता एवं तत्परता बरतें।
