चार कंधों पर जिंदगी और मौत – के बाद 10 किमी दूर सड़कहीन लालमाटी तक जाने की जंग की दर्द और दर्दनाक कहानी

गुमला : – किराये के शरीर पर जीवन किसी की निजी वसीयत नहीं जिस पर कोई अपना अधिकार जमा,,,,, मौत तो आनी जानी है, फिर चार कंधों पर जिंदगी की जंग, चार कंधों पर अंतिम विदाई की शव यात्रा और उसपर 10 किलोमीटर दूर लालमाटी गांव आज भी सड़क से वंचित हैँ और अपनी कहानी अपनी जुबानी बोलता आ रहा है , फलस्वरूप अस्पताल पहुंचने से पहले और दम तोड़ने के बाद, उक्त शव को भी खाट पर लाना और ले जाना पड़ाता हैं यह कहानी है
झारखंड के गुमला जिला स्थित रायडीह प्रखंड क्षेत्र के लालमाटी गांव की, जहाँ आज भी सड़क नहीं है, प्रखंड मुख्य मार्ग से करीब 10 किलोमीटर दूर बसे उक्त गांव तक पहुंचने के लिए ग्रामीणों को पगडंडियों, पहाड़ी और उबड़-खाबड़ रास्तों से होकर गुजरना पड़ता है। आजादी के कितने सालों बाद भी यहां एंबुलेंस और वाहन का आना दुर्लभ है , और एक मात्र और मंत्र एक सहारा है, अपने शरीर के कंधे ही हैं,
शनिवार को 48 वर्षीय भीमसाई मुंडा की दर्दनाक कहानी ने इस हकीकत को एक बार फिर उजागर कर दिया। तबीयत बिगड़ने पर गांव के चार ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें खाट पर लिटाया और कंधे पर उठाकर करीब 10 किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर मुख्य सड़क तक पहुंचाया। वहां से उन्हें गुमला सदर अस्पताल ले जाया गया।
परिजनों का आरोप है कि अस्पताल में इलाज मिलने में देरी हुई। लगातार हालत बिगड़ती गई और अंततः सदर अस्पताल गुमला में ही उसकी मौत हो गयी, परिवार – परिजनों की
दर्द यहीं खत्म नहीं हुई, उसके मौत के बाद भी उन्हें सम्मानजनक तरीके से घर नहीं पहुंचाया जा सका, एंबुलेंस उक्त शव को रायडीह प्रखंड मुख्य मार्ग तक ही लाया जा सका , क्योंकि उक्त गांव तक सड़क नहीं होने के कारण एम्बुलेंस आगे नहीं बढ़ सका और वापस लौट गया। इसके बाद एक बार फिर चार कंधों ने जिम्मेदारी संभाली और खाट पर उक्त शव को रखकर ग्रामीणों ने पथरीले, पहाड़ी और कठिन रास्तों से 10 किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर उसे उसके गांव तक पहुंचाया।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि लालमाटी गांव में आज भी एंबुलेंस का मतलब कंधे हैं, चाहे कोई गंभीर रूप से बीमार हो या किसी की मौत हो जाए, अस्पताल तक पहुंचाने और वापस लाने का एकमात्र साधन खाट और कंधा का एम्बुलेंस ही है।
करीब 150 की आबादी वाले इस गांव में अधिकतर आदिवासी परिवार रहते हैं, और आदिवासी सरकार के रहते , भी प्रत्येक वर्ष बरसात के मौसम में स्थिति और भी भयावह हो जाती है, कई बार गर्भवती महिलाओं को भी बहंगी के सहारे अस्पताल ले जाना पड़ता है, जिससे उनकी और शिशु की जान पर खतरा बना रहता है।
ग्रामीणों ने सवाल उठाया है कि जब सरकार गांव-गांव सड़क और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने का दावा करती है, तो रायडीह प्रखंड के लालमाटी गांव तक सड़क आखिर कब तक पहुंचेगी,,,,,?????
मृतक की जिंदगी और मौत का यह सफर केवल एक परिवार की त्रासदी नहीं, बल्कि उक्त समस्त लोगों के व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़ा करता है, जहां आज भी 10 किलोमीटर की दूरी चार कंधों पर तय करनी पड़ती है, यह घटना ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी और सरकारी दावों की वास्तविकता को उजागर करती है और कई प्रश्न चिन्ह खड़े करते हैं ????? देखना है यह जनता की आवाज कब तक सरकार तक पहुंचती है, जय झारखंड l
