नगर निकाय चुनाव 2026 हेतु पोलिंग पार्टी का तृतीय प्रशिक्षण संपन्न, उपायुक्त ने तैयारियों की गहन समीक्षा की

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में नगरपालिका (आम) निर्वाचन 2026 को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण में संपन्न कराने के उद्देश्य से आज जिले में पोलिंग पार्टी (Presiding Officer, P1, P2 एवं P3) का तृतीय चरण का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम विभिन्न स्थलों पर आयोजित किया गया। इसके अंतर्गत सूचना भवन सभागार एवं प्रशिक्षण सह उत्पाद केंद्र में आयोजित प्रशिक्षण सत्र में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने स्वयं उपस्थित होकर व्यवस्थाओं एवं प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता की विस्तृत समीक्षा की।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने मतदान प्रक्रिया से संबंधित विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर उपस्थित कर्मियों से प्रश्न पूछे तथा उनकी तैयारी का आकलन किया। उन्होंने मतपत्र के माध्यम से मतदान की प्रक्रिया, मतपत्र वितरण, गोपनीयता बनाए रखने की व्यवस्था, मतपेटी सीलिंग की प्रक्रिया, आवश्यक प्रपत्रों के संधारण, मतदान प्रारंभ एवं समाप्ति की विधि तथा विशेष परिस्थितियों में अपनाई जाने वाली वैधानिक प्रक्रिया पर विस्तार से मार्गदर्शन दिया।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि मतदान से जुड़े सभी नियमों एवं दिशा-निर्देशों का अक्षरशः पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक मतदान कर्मी अपने दायित्वों को भली-भांति समझें तथा मतदान दिवस से पूर्व सभी प्रक्रियाओं का पुनरावलोकन कर लें। आवश्यक चेकलिस्ट तैयार रखने एवं प्रत्येक चरण को सावधानीपूर्वक संपादित करने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है कि नगर निकाय चुनाव पूर्णतः सुरक्षित, निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण में संपन्न हो। इसके लिए सभी संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मी अपने-अपने दायित्वों के प्रति सजग एवं प्रतिबद्ध रहें। उन्होंने प्रेजाइडिंग ऑफिसर, P1, P2 एवं P3 सहित सभी कर्मियों पर पूर्ण विश्वास व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि आप सभी अपने अनुभव एवं प्रशिक्षण के आधार पर मतदान प्रक्रिया को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराएंगे।
उन्होंने सभी का मनोबल बढ़ाते हुए निर्वाचन दायित्व को लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया की महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी बताते हुए पूरी गंभीरता, धैर्य एवं सजगता के साथ अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने का निर्देश दिया।

इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया जयवंती देवगम सहित अन्य वरीय पदाधिकारी, प्रशिक्षकगण, प्रेजाइडिंग ऑफिसर, P1, P2, P3 एवं संबंधित कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
