गुमला जिले में 44 मतदान केंद्रों पर शांतिपूर्ण एवं निष्पक्ष मतदान सम्पन्न, 59.79% मतदान प्रतिशत दर्ज

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में नगरपालिका आम चुनाव 2026 के अंतर्गत जिले के 44 मतदान केंद्रों पर आज प्रातः 7 बजे से सायं 5 बजे तक मतदान प्रक्रिया शांतिपूर्ण, निष्पक्ष एवं सुव्यवस्थित रूप से सम्पन्न हुई। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी (नगर परिषद) सह उपायुक्त गुमला, प्रेरणा दीक्षित के दिशा-निर्देशों के आलोक में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों एवं मतदाताओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी से पूरे मतदान दिवस का वातावरण उत्साहपूर्ण एवं सकारात्मक रहा।
सायं 5 बजे तक प्राप्त आधिकारिक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार गुमला जिले में कुल 59.79% मतदान दर्ज किया गया। सभी मतदान कर्मी अपने-अपने मतदान केंद्रों से सुरक्षित रूप से वापस लौटकर रिसीविंग सेंटर, कार्तिक उरांव कॉलेज परिसर पहुँच चुके हैं तथा मतदान सामग्री एवं अभिलेखों को निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के तहत विधिवत जमा किया जा रहा है।
रिसीविंग के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मा ने संयुक्त रूप से रिसीविंग सेंटर का दौरा कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं तथा मतदान सामग्री जमा करने की प्रक्रिया का प्रत्यक्ष निरीक्षण किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने सभी मतदान कर्मियों एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों की समर्पित सेवाओं की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार की समन्वित एवं सजग प्रशासनिक कार्यवाही लोकतंत्र के सुचारू संचालन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। उन्होंने लोकतंत्र के इस महापर्व में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाने वाले सभी मतदाताओं के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
प्रशासन द्वारा आगामी मतगणना की तैयारियों को भी अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है। मतगणना 27 फरवरी को आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसकी तैयारी अंतिम चरण में है तथा सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जा रही हैं।
