गुमला में गैस आपूर्ति व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त, कालाबाजारी पर कड़ी कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में शहरी क्षेत्र में घरेलू गैस आपूर्ति को व्यवस्थित एवं सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने के उद्देश्य से आज अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (सदर) राजीव नीरज की अध्यक्षता में सभी गैस एजेंसी के प्रतिनिधियों एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ गूगल मीट के माध्यम से एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में घरेलू गैस की कालाबाजारी पर रोक लगाने हेतु विशेष धावा दल (रेड टीम) के गठन का निर्णय लिया गया। यह दल जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी एवं प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी के नेतृत्व में नियमित छापेमारी अभियान चलाकर दोषियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेगा।
अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरेश यादव द्वारा सभी गैस गोदामों में पुलिस बल की तैनाती सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही गई, ताकि अनावश्यक भीड़ को नियंत्रित किया जा सके एवं आपूर्ति व्यवस्था बाधित न हो। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि गैस वाहनों की निर्बाध आवाजाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी और किसी भी प्रकार की अवरोध उत्पन्न करने वालों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
एसडीओ नीरज ने निर्देश दिया कि घरेलू गैस की आपूर्ति घर-घर तक पहुंचाना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने सभी गैस एजेंसियों को होम डिलीवरी व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ एवं प्रभावी ढंग से संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि उपभोक्ताओं को गैस गोदामों तक आने की आवश्यकता न पड़े, इसके लिए डोर-टू-डोर डिलीवरी प्रणाली को सख्ती से लागू किया जाए।
बैठक के दौरान गैस एजेंसी प्रतिनिधियों ने बताया कि कुछ स्थानों पर नागरिकों द्वारा गैस वाहनों को रोके जाने एवं गोदामों में अनावश्यक भीड़ एवं अव्यवस्था उत्पन्न किए जाने के कारण होम डिलीवरी प्रभावित हो रही है। इस पर प्रशासन ने गंभीरता से संज्ञान लेते हुए पुलिस बल की तैनाती एवं सख्त निगरानी के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी प्रदीप भगत, खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, अंचल पदाधिकारी हरिश कुमार, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी अशोक कुमार चोपड़ा, प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी संगीता कुमारी, सहित इंडियन ऑयल कॉरपोरेशन, हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम एवं भारत पेट्रोलियम से जुड़े गैस एजेंसी प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला ने कहा कि घरेलू गैस आपूर्ति में किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता, कालाबाजारी अथवा अव्यवस्था पाए जाने पर संबंधित व्यक्तियों एवं एजेंसियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। साथ ही आम नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे अनावश्यक भीड़ न लगाएं एवं प्रशासन के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन कर आपूर्ति व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाए रखने में सहयोग करें।
