उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में सिसई थाना क्षेत्र में अवैध बालू भंडारण पर बड़ी कार्रवाई, 36,000 घनफीट बालू जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में दिनांक 01.04.2026 को दोपहर 01 बजे से सिसई थाना अंतर्गत मौजा जलका में अवैध उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध जिला टास्क फोर्स (खनन) द्वारा औचक जांच एवं छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह कार्रवाई अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज के नेतृत्व में की गई, जिसमें अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी सिसई, खान निरीक्षक, सिसई थाना के पुलिस पदाधिकारी एवं सशस्त्र बल शामिल थे।

जांच के क्रम में मौजा जलका पंचायत शिवनाथपुर क्षेत्र में विभिन्न खाता एवं प्लॉटों पर अवैध रूप से बालू का बड़े पैमाने पर भंडारण पाया गया। खाता संख्या 132, प्लॉट संख्या 1205 में लगभग 5000 घनफीट, खाता संख्या 86, प्लॉट संख्या 1187 में लगभग 5000 घनफीट, खाता संख्या 30, प्लॉट संख्या 1178 में लगभग 6000 घनफीट तथा प्लॉट संख्या 1182 में लगभग 20000 घनफीट बालू अवैध रूप से भंडारित पाया गया। इस प्रकार कुल लगभग 36,000 घनफीट बालू जब्त किया गया।
स्थानीय स्तर पर प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार केश्वर महली, ब्रजेश उरांव, विजय महली एवं चुन्दा उरांव सहित अन्य व्यक्तियों द्वारा उक्त स्थलों पर अवैध रूप से बालू का भंडारण कर व्यापार किया जा रहा था। प्रशासन द्वारा उक्त अवैध भंडारित बालू को विधिवत जब्त कर लिया गया है।
यह कृत्य न केवल सरकारी राजस्व की चोरी है, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति के क्षरण का भी द्योतक है। उल्लेखनीय है कि बिना वैध पट्टा या अनुज्ञप्ति के खनिज का उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन करना खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 4 एवं 21 तथा झारखंड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 2004 के नियम 4 एवं 54 के साथ-साथ झारखंड खनिज (अवैध खनन, परिवहन एवं भंडारण की रोकथाम) नियम, 2017 के नियम 7 एवं 9 के अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध है।
अतः उक्त प्रकरण में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों एवं संबंधित वाहन चालकों – मालिकों के विरुद्ध सुसंगत धाराओं के अंतर्गत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर विधिसम्मत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
प्रशासन द्वारा स्पष्ट किया गया है कि जिले में अवैध खनन एवं खनिज के अवैध भंडारण – परिवहन के विरुद्ध इस प्रकार की कार्रवाई निरंतर जारी रहेगी।
