स्कूल रुआर 2026: बच्चों को वापस लाएं स्कूल योजना

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा “हर बच्चा स्कूल में” के संकल्प के साथ स्कूल रुआर 2026 अभियान को पूर्ण प्रतिबद्धता के साथ संचालित किया जा रहा है। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य 5 से 18 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के प्रत्येक बच्चे का शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन एवं नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करना है, ताकि जिले का कोई भी बच्चा विद्यालय से बाहर न रहे।

अभियान के तहत विशेष रूप से ड्रॉपआउट एवं अनामांकित बच्चों पर फोकस किया जाएगा। इसके लिए डोर-टू-डोर सर्वे कर छूटे हुए बच्चों की पहचान कर उन्हें पुनः विद्यालय से जोड़ना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होगी।
यह अभियान केवल शिक्षा विभाग तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा, बल्कि आंगनबाड़ी सेवाएं, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, स्वयंसेवी संस्थाएं एवं समाज के सभी वर्गों की सक्रिय सहभागिता से इसे जन-आंदोलन का रूप दिया जाएगा। सामूहिक प्रयास से ही 100% नामांकन के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा।
विद्यालयों को इस अभियान का केंद्र बनाते हुए 15 अप्रैल से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक व्यापक स्तर पर नामांकन अभियान, प्रभात फेरी, अभिभावक संपर्क एवं जन-जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। साथ ही, डेटा आधारित कार्ययोजना के तहत अभियान की सतत निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने हेतु जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तर पर नियमित समीक्षा बैठकें आयोजित की जाएंगी तथा e-विद्यावाहिनी पोर्टल पर अद्यतन डेटा प्रविष्टि सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
इसके अतिरिक्त प्रवासी, दिव्यांग एवं विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के नामांकन एवं नियमित उपस्थिति को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। अभिभावकों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित कर उन्हें बच्चों को विद्यालय भेजने हेतु प्रेरित किया जाएगा तथा शिक्षा के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक किया जाएगा।
अभियान की प्रभावी शुरुआत हेतु 11 अप्रैल 2026 को जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला एवं 13 अप्रैल 2026 को प्रखंड स्तरीय कार्यशालाएं आयोजित की जाएंगी। इसके उपरांत 15 अप्रैल से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक विद्यालय स्तर पर अभियान का व्यापक संचालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
इस संबंध में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों, शिक्षकों, समाज के प्रबुद्धजनों एवं अभिभावकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे इस अभियान को जन-आंदोलन का रूप दें, ताकि गुमला जिले में “हर बच्चा स्कूल में” का सपना साकार हो सके।
