सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर परिवहन विभाग की बड़ी कार्रवाई, कामडारा मिशन चौक में चला सघन जाँच अभियान; 1.52 लाख का जुर्माना वसूला*

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में लगातार बढ़ रही सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के उद्देश्य से जिला परिवहन विभाग ने गुरुवार को सख्त रुख अपनाया। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के निर्देशानुसार, कामडारा क्षेत्र में एक विशेष सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान यातायात नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाने वाले वाहन चालकों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई।

मौके पर मौजूद अधिकारी और कार्रवाई

इस अभियान का नेतृत्व मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह ने किया। जांच दल ने काम डारा थाना के पास चेकनाका लगाकर आने-जाने वाले वाहनों की सघन तलाशी ली। इस औचक निरीक्षण से नियम तोड़ने वाले चालकों में हड़कंप मच गया। विभाग द्वारा की गई इस कार्रवाई में कुल 1,52,000 (एक लाख बावन हजार) रुपये का जुर्माना वसूला गया।

इन उल्लंघनों पर रहा विशेष फोकस

परिवहन विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि अभियान का प्राथमिक लक्ष्य सिर्फ जुर्माना वसूलना नहीं, बल्कि उन गलतियों को सुधारना था जो अक्सर जानलेवा दुर्घटनाओं का कारण बनती हैं। जाँच के दौरान निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर विशेष सख्ती बरती गई:

*दोपहिया वाहन: बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाने वाले और ‘ट्रिपल राइडिंग’ (एक बाइक पर तीन सवारी) करने वाले युवाओं पर कार्रवाई की गई।*

*दस्तावेजों की जाँच: ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, परमिट, प्रदूषण प्रमाण पत्र (PUC) और रोड टैक्स जैसे अनिवार्य कागजात नहीं होने पर चालान काटे गए।*

*ओवरलोडिंग: टेम्पो और ट्रक, पिकअप वैन में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक सामान या सवारी लादकर जान जोखिम में डालने वाले चालकों को पकड़ा गया।*

*ध्वनि प्रदूषण: प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का उपयोग कर ध्वनि प्रदूषण फैलाने वाले वाहनों पर भी कार्रवाई हुई।*

मोटरयान निरीक्षक ने मौके पर पकड़े गए चालकों को व्यक्तिगत रूप से समझाया। उन्होंने बताया कि सड़क पर छोटी सी लापरवाही न केवल उनकी, बल्कि दूसरों की जान भी ले सकती है। चालकों को भविष्य में सभी यातायात नियमों का पालन करने की सख्त हिदायत देकर छोड़ा गया।

विभाग का संदेश

जिला परिवहन विभाग ने संकेत दिए हैं कि सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर यह सख्ती आगे भी जारी रहेगी। वाहन चालकों से अपील की गई है कि वे घर से निकलते समय हेलमेट/सीटबेल्ट का प्रयोग करें और अपने वाहन के सभी कागजात दुरुस्त रखें।
