जिला खेल संचालन समिति की बैठक संपन्न, खेल अधोसंरचना एवं प्रतिभा विकास को लेकर कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आज नया समाहरणालय भवन, चंदाली, गुमला के सभागार कक्ष में जिला खेल संचालन समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न प्रखंडों के कोच एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

बैठक के दौरान जिले में खेल अधोसंरचना सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं खिलाड़ियों के समग्र विकास को लेकर कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों एवं बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में संत पात्रिक उच्च विद्यालय, गुमला में डे – बोर्डिंग फुटबॉल प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र (बालक) तथा संत पियुस उच्च विद्यालय, कामडारा में डे-बोर्डिंग फुटबॉल प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र (बालिका) खोलने के प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया गया। साथ ही, गुमला जिले में बालिकाओं के उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए सेन्टर आँफ एक्सिलेंस (फुटबॉल – बालिका) की स्थापना हेतु खेलकूद एवं युवाकार्य निदेशालय को प्रस्ताव भेजने पर सहमति बनी।

इसके अतिरिक्त गुमला सदर एवं भगत सिंह स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्पलेक्स, बसिया में फुत्सल कोर्ट निर्माण, गुमला, बसिया एवं चैनपुर में बैडमिंटन इंडोर स्टेडियम हेतु मैट अधिष्ठापन, तथा विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों में इंडोर जिम स्थापना से संबंधित प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में गुमला सदर में स्विमिंग पूल निर्माण, परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम में खिलाड़ियों हेतु डगआउट निर्माण, कामडारा एवं जारी (बुमतेल) में हॉकी खिलाड़ियों के लिए ड्राई एस्ट्रोटर्फ अधिष्ठापन, तथा तेलंगा खड़िया स्टेडियम में डगआउट एवं नेट फेंसिंग की व्यवस्था करने पर भी विचार-विमर्श हुआ।

साथ ही, डुमरी, जारी एवं कामडारा प्रखंड स्तरीय स्टेडियमों के अपग्रेडेशन, मरम्मति एवं जीर्णोद्धार का प्रस्ताव भी रखा गया।

बैठक के दौरान कोचों द्वारा खिलाड़ियों की सुविधाओं से संबंधित विभिन्न मांगें भी रखी गईं, जिसमें बालिका हॉस्टल की स्थापना, परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम के मैदान के जीर्णोद्धार, पानी की समस्या के समाधान, खेल किट की उपलब्धता पुनः प्रारंभ करने, चेंजिंग रूम निर्माण, कुश्ती खिलाड़ियों के लिए मैट की व्यवस्था एवं फिजियोथेरेपी सेंटर की स्थापना शामिल है।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि खेल विकास से संबंधित सभी प्रस्तावों को समुचित माध्यम से संबंधित विभागों को भेजा जाए तथा आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने गुमला में स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्पलेक्स निर्माण हेतु उपयुक्त भूमि चिन्हित करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी कोचों को निर्देशित किया कि वे खिलाड़ियों को बेहतर प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर उनकी प्रतिभा को निखारें, ताकि जिले के खिलाड़ी राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन कर सकें। साथ ही, राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के खिलाड़ियों की सूची तैयार कर उन्हें आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।बैठक में खिलाड़ियों की सुविधा एवं खेल वातावरण को बेहतर बनाने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया तथा खेल क्षेत्र में गुमला को अग्रणी जिला बनाने के लिए समन्वित प्रयास करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया।
