उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित, 100 से अधिक मामलों की सुनवाई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देश के आलोक में आज समाहरणालय परिसर में अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए लगभग 100 से अधिक नागरिकों ने अपनी-अपनी समस्याएं प्रशासन के समक्ष रखीं।

कार्यक्रम में प्राप्त शिकायतों में मुख्य रूप से मानदेय भुगतान, भूमि संबंधित विवाद, सड़क एवं बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अभाव, पेंशन स्वीकृति, विद्युत विभाग से जुड़ी समस्याएं एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आधारभूत संरचना के विकास से संबंधित मामले शामिल रहे।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान कामडारा प्रखंड के एक आवेदक द्वारा विगत वर्षों के लंबित मानदेय भुगतान एवं उपस्थिति पंजी में नाम दर्ज नहीं किए जाने की समस्या रखी गई। इस पर अपर समाहर्ता ने संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक जांच कर शीघ्र भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत कोब्जा पंचायत के ग्रामीणों द्वारा अमर शहीद वीर सैनिक पूर्णिमा मुण्डा के सम्मान में सड़क निर्माण, प्रतिमा स्थापना एवं क्षेत्र में बुनियादी सुविधाओं के विकास की मांग रखी गई। इस पर संबंधित विभागों को प्रस्ताव तैयार कर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इसी क्रम में भूमि से संबंधित उत्तराधिकार (दाखिल-खारिज) के मामलों, विभिन्न गांवों में कच्ची सड़कों एवं गलियों के पीसीसी निर्माण, विधवा पेंशन स्वीकृति एवं झारखंड आंदोलनकारी पेंशन हस्तांतरण से संबंधित मामलों पर भी सुनवाई की गई। संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित निष्पादन हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

घाघरा प्रखंड से आए एक आवेदक द्वारा विद्युत विभाग पर गलत तरीके से जुर्माना लगाए जाने एवं कनेक्शन विच्छेद की शिकायत की गई, जिस पर अपर समाहर्ता ने विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारियों को मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

अपर समाहर्ता ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त आवेदनों का समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें तथा प्रत्येक मामले की गंभीरता से जांच कर पारदर्शिता के साथ समाधान करें, ताकि आम जनता को त्वरित न्याय मिल सके।
