उपायुक्त ने की आपूर्ति एवं उत्पाद विभाग की समीक्षा, पारदर्शी एवं सुचारु राशन वितरण सुनिश्चित करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को आपूर्ति विभाग एवं उत्पाद विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली सहित विभागीय योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि खाद्यान्न की आपूर्ति समयबद्ध एवं सुचारु रूप से सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से वर्षा ऋतु को देखते हुए आदिम जनजातीय समूह बहुल एवं दुर्गम ग्रामों में भी खाद्यान्न की निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया।

उपायुक्त ने ई-केवाईसी की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए पात्र लाभुकों का शत-प्रतिशत सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने ई-केवाईसी कार्य में तेजी लाते हुए कम-से-कम 90 प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि अपात्र व्यक्तियों को खाद्यान्न का लाभ न मिले तथा वास्तविक लाभुकों तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंच सके।

समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने मृत लाभुकों के नामों का सत्यापन कर उन्हें सूची से हटाने तथा अपात्र लाभुकों को चिन्हित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही मोबाइल नंबर सीडिंग, डुप्लीकेट लाभुकों की पहचान एवं डेटा शुद्धिकरण कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण करने को कहा।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली में किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता अथवा कालाबाजारी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। खाद्यान्न वितरण प्रक्रिया को पूर्णतः पारदर्शी एवं जवाबदेह बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित निगरानी सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने सभी गोदामों का भौतिक सत्यापन करने तथा भंडारण एवं वितरण व्यवस्था की सतत निगरानी रखने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों को नियमित निरीक्षण करने तथा विपणन पदाधिकारियों को औचक जांच अभियान चलाकर वितरण व्यवस्था की निगरानी करने के निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जा सके।

बैठक में डीसीएलआर गुमला सह जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी राजीव कुमार,सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, साथ ही आपूर्ति विभाग एवं उत्पाद विभाग के संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
