विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम-2026: मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलए-2 की नियुक्ति को लेकर उपायुक्त ने राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ की बैठक

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में मतदाता सूची के विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम-2026 के सफल संचालन एवं मतदाता सूची को अधिकाधिक त्रुटिरहित, अद्यतन एवं समावेशी बनाने के उद्देश्य से गुरुवार को समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार कक्ष में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ मतदान केंद्र स्तर पर बीएलए-2 की नियुक्ति एवं उनकी भूमिका पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा संचालित विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। मतदाता सूची की शुद्धता एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने में राजनीतिक दलों के बीएलए-2 की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण होती है। उन्होंने सभी राजनीतिक दलों से अपने-अपने बीएलए-2 की नियुक्ति समय पर सुनिश्चित करने तथा उनकी जानकारी संबंधित निर्वाचन निबंधन पदाधिकारियों को उपलब्ध कराने का आग्रह किया।

बैठक के दौरान विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम-2026 के विभिन्न चरणों, मतदाता सूची में नाम जोड़ने, विलोपन, संशोधन एवं स्थानांतरण संबंधी प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों से निर्वाचन संबंधी कार्यों में सक्रिय सहयोग प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया गया, ताकि पात्र नागरिकों का नाम मतदाता सूची में शामिल हो सके तथा किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि को समय रहते दूर किया जा सके।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया को अधिक पारदर्शी एवं सहभागी बनाने के लिए निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा राजनीतिक दलों की भागीदारी को विशेष महत्व दिया गया है। बीएलए-2 के माध्यम से मतदान केंद्र स्तर पर मतदाता सूची के सत्यापन एवं अद्यतन कार्यों में सहयोग प्राप्त होगा, जिससे शुद्ध एवं विश्वसनीय मतदाता सूची तैयार की जा सकेगी।

बैठक में निर्वाचन निबंधन पदाधिकारी, 68 – गुमला, निर्वाचन निबंधन पदाधिकारी, 69 – विशुनपुर तथा उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सहित निर्वाचन विभाग के शेखर कुमार, शशिकांत भारती, विकास कुमार, रवि कुमार,अरविंद कुमार, प्रमोद कुमार सहित अन्य उपस्थित थे।

वहीं विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों की ओर से दिलीप नाथ साहू (आजसू), रागनिल तिग्गा (कांग्रेस), रंजीत सिंह (झामुमो), आरिफ अंसारी (झामुमो), रविन्द्र बड़ाईक (राष्ट्रीय जनता दल), सुरेश तिर्की (बहुजन समाज पार्टी), सविंदर कुमार सिंह (भारतीय जनता पार्टी) एवं गोपीनाथ सिंह (आजसू) सहित अन्य प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
