103 अभ्यर्थियों ने दी कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा, 85 हुए सफल, 18 अभ्यर्थी रहे असफल
सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों की दी गई जानकारी, हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट के अनिवार्य उपयोग का दिया गया संदेश
गुमला : – गुमला जिले में झारखंड सरकार के ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ महा-अभियान के तहत चैनपुर प्रखंड मुख्यालय में शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति (लर्निंग लाइसेंस) शिविर का सफल आयोजन किया गया। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येन्द्र महतो के मार्गदर्शन में आयोजित इस शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने भाग लिया और लर्निंग लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए उत्साह दिखाया।
शिविर में कुल 103 अभ्यर्थियों ने कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में भाग लिया। इनमें 85 अभ्यर्थी सफल होकर शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति प्राप्त करने में सफल रहे, जबकि 18 अभ्यर्थी असफल रहे। परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए यह परीक्षा अनिवार्य है। परीक्षा में यातायात संकेतों, स्पीड ब्रेकर, मोड़ के संकेत तथा वाहन संचालन से जुड़े सामान्य प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं, जिन्हें सामान्य जानकारी रखने वाला व्यक्ति आसानी से हल कर सकता है।
सफल अभ्यर्थियों को मौके पर ही शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति प्रदान की गई। साथ ही सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए यातायात नियमों की विस्तृत जानकारी भी दी गई।
शिविर में गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो का संदेश भी युवाओं तक पहुंचाया गया। उन्होंने दोपहिया वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट पहनने की अनिवार्यता पर विशेष जोर दिया। साथ ही बताया गया कि वर्तमान नियमों के अनुसार कार में पीछे बैठने वाले यात्रियों के लिए भी सीट बेल्ट लगाना अनिवार्य है।
अभ्यर्थियों को यह भी जानकारी दी गई कि ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस पर अंकित ब्लड ग्रुप दुर्घटना जैसी आपात स्थिति में त्वरित चिकित्सा सहायता उपलब्ध कराने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। इसलिए वाहन चलाते समय अपना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस हमेशा अपने साथ रखने की सलाह दी गई।
परिवहन विभाग द्वारा जारी संशोधित रोस्टर के अनुसार इस अभियान का अगला लर्निंग लाइसेंस शिविर 20 जुलाई को विशुनपुर प्रखंड सभागार में आयोजित किया जाएगा। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे विभागीय वेबसाइट पर पहले से ऑनलाइन आवेदन एवं शुल्क भुगतान की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर आवश्यक दस्तावेजों और आवेदन की प्रति के साथ निर्धारित शिविर स्थल पर पहुंचें, ताकि उन्हें बिना किसी असुविधा के लर्निंग लाइसेंस की सुविधा प्राप्त हो सके।
