गुमला में कलमी पौधशाला इकाई का उद्घाटन, किसानों तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण पौधे पहुंचाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पहल

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत सिप्रिंगा पंचायत में जिला प्रशासन एवं प्रदान संस्था के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में स्थापित कलमी पौधशाला (ग्राफ्टेड नर्सरी यूनिट) का उद्घाटन उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने किया। लगभग 50 एकड़ क्षेत्र में विकसित इस इकाई का संचालन घाघरा वूमेन फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड (जीडब्ल्यूएफपीसीएल) के माध्यम से किया जा रहा है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य किसानों तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण पौधों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना तथा जिले में बागवानी एवं आधुनिक कृषि तकनीकों को बढ़ावा देना है।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान वृंदावन दीदी एवं मंगल दादा ने कलमी पौधशाला की स्थापना की पूरी यात्रा साझा करते हुए इसके विकास के दौरान आई चुनौतियों, संघर्षों एवं सफलता की कहानी से उपस्थित लोगों को अवगत कराया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि इस पहल से स्थानीय किसानों को आधुनिक ग्राफ्टिंग तकनीक का लाभ मिल रहा है तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित हो रहे हैं।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि गुमला जिले में स्थापित यह कलमी पौधशाला झारखंड राज्य की चुनिंदा ग्राफ्टिंग नर्सरियों में से एक है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद (आईसीएआर) के वैज्ञानिकों एवं प्रदान संस्था के सहयोग से ग्रामीणों को प्रशिक्षण देकर जिस प्रकार यह इकाई विकसित की गई है, वह जिले के लिए एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि पहले झारखंड के किसानों को ग्राफ्टेड पौधों के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ जैसे अन्य राज्यों पर निर्भर रहना पड़ता था, जिससे उन्हें अधिक कीमत और परिवहन व्यय वहन करना पड़ता था। अब जिले में ही गुणवत्तापूर्ण पौधों का उत्पादन होने से न केवल स्थानीय किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा, बल्कि पूरे राज्य को इसका फायदा पहुंचेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मॉडल को जिले के अन्य प्रखंडों एवं गांवों तक विस्तार देने की आवश्यकता है, ताकि अधिक से अधिक किसान इससे जुड़ेंगे और उन्हें आर्थिक लाभ होगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन का प्रयास है कि जिले का संसाधन एवं पूंजी जिले के भीतर ही रहे तथा किसानों को कृषि एवं बागवानी से अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त हो। उन्होंने उक्त संस्था ने जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्य किया है। उन्होंने हाल ही में घाघरा प्रखंड के एक गांव में जैविक खेती के क्षेत्र में भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन ने कहा कि सही दिशा में किया गया निवेश और परिश्रम हमेशा सकारात्मक परिणाम देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्राफ्टिंग तकनीक के माध्यम से किसान कम लागत में अधिक उत्पादन प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, जिससे उनकी आय में वृद्धि होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि छोटे-छोटे नवाचार और गुणवत्तापूर्ण पैकेजिंग के माध्यम से किसानों की उपज का बाजार मूल्य कई गुना बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि महिला किसान समूहों एवं किसान उत्पादक कंपनियों के माध्यम से ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को नई दिशा मिल रही है। इस प्रकार की इकाइयों से जुड़ी महिलाएं प्रतिदिन कार्य कर आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त हो रही हैं तथा भविष्य में उन्हें और अधिक लाभ प्राप्त होगा।

कार्यक्रम के समापन पर उपायुक्त ने स्वस्थ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण कलमी पौधों से भरे वाहन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह पौधे किसानों के घर-घर तक पहुंचाए जाएंगे, जिससे जिले में बागवानी को बढ़ावा मिलने तथा किसानों की आजीविका सुदृढ़ होने की उम्मीद है।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर उनकी समस्याएं भी सुनीं। ग्रामीणों ने सड़क, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं से संबंधित मुद्दों को उनके समक्ष रखा, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने आवश्यक कार्रवाई का. आश्वासन दिया।

सिप्रिंगा गांव के लगभग 35 परिवार प्रत्यक्ष रूप से कृषि कार्यों से जुड़े हुए हैं तथा लगभग 600 लोग कृषि आधारित गतिविधियों पर निर्भर हैं। गांव में उक्त संस्था के सहयोग से ग्राफ्टिंग तकनीक को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है, जिससे किसानों को आधुनिक कृषि पद्धतियों से जोड़ने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।
