भाजपा के लिए झारखंड में सत्ता वापसी की राह आसान नहीं, दिल्ली के पास कोई रोड मैप नहीं, चार आदिवासी पूर्व सीएम से भी दूर हो चुका है आदिवासी समाज 

कुछ लोग इस मुगालते में हैं कि नफरती हवा चला के भाजपा और संघ परिवार झारखंड में आदिवासी समाज के अपने पक्ष में कर लेेंगे और उसकी बदौलत अगले विधानसभा चुनाव तक झामुमो को वह सत्ता से हटा देगी. ऐसे मंसूबे झारखंड में कभी सफल नहीं हो सकते. आदिवासी समाज के लिए दिल्ली के पास कोई रोड मैप नहीं है. यहां के बुनियादी सवालों को अनदेखा करके सत्ता हासिल करना भाजपा की कोरी कल्पना है.   

जयराम महतो के बहुचर्चित वीडियो में तो खुले स्वर में यह धमकी दी गयी कि सत्ता बदलते ही उन पुलिस अधिकारियों को खोज कर निकाला जायेगा और उन्हें उनकी गुस्ताखी की सजा दी जायेगी. दरअसल, पुलिसिंग सिस्टम ने सभी सरकारों को ठेंगे पर रखा है. इसलिए भाजपा के अधिकतर विधायक मजबूरन जयराम महतो का साथ दे रहे हैं. क्योंकि पुलिसिया करतूत के ये भी भुक्तभोगी रहे हैं. 

गौर से देखिये, भाजपा की हर कोशिश किस तरह विफल हुई. ठीक पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले हेमंत सोरेन की गिरफ्तारी हुई. चंपई सोरेन को तोड़ा गया. लेकिन हेमंत न सिर्फ जमानत पर बेदाग छूटे, और पहले से ज्यादा ताकतवर बनकर उभरे.

डिलिस्टिंग की गलत नैरेटिव 

भाजपा ने विधानसभा चुनाव में मुसलमानों को टारगेट करने के लिए बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों का हौवा खड़ा किया और मुंह की खायी. निगेटिव नरैटिव के अलावा भाजपा के पास और कोई मुद्दा था भी नहीं. वहीं भाजपा में कई पूर्व सीएम हैं. सबके अपने गुट हैं. भाजपा से आदिवासी वोट पूरी तरह से खिसक गए हैं. लेकिन मुसलमानों के खिलाफ जहर उगल कर आदिवासियों को बरगलाने की कोशिश जरूर की गई लेकिन इसमें वो मात खा गई.

सरना-ईसाई का मसला खड़ा किया. आदिवासियों को तोड़ने की कोशिश हुई. लेकिन उनकी एकजुटता बरकरार रही और विधानसभा चुनाव में 28 में से 27 एसटी सीटें झामुमो की झोली में गया. इंडिया गठबंधन की बड़े जनादेश के साथ वापसी हुई.

उन्होंने डिलिस्टिंग की एक गलत नैरेटिव बनायी और इसके लिए सोशल मीडिया का भरपूर उपयोग किया गया. वे यह समझ नहीं पा रहे कि जाति और नस्ल में फर्क है. नये धर्म में जाति बदल सकती है, नस्ल नहीं. इसके अलावा अहम सवाल तो यह है कि आदिवासियों के 26 फीसदी कोटे का पूरा इस्तेमाल क्यों नहीं हो पाता?

भाजपा छात्र आंदोलन का भी इस्तेमाल करने में विफल रही

जंतर मंतर पर पेपर लीक के मसले को लेकर एक बड़ा आंदोलन खड़ा हुआ. इसकी अनुगूंज पूरे देश में सुनाई दी. लेकिन झारखंड का छात्र आंदोलन उससे विमुख रहा.

यहां नौकरी की प्रवेश परीक्षाओं में धांधली मसला बना दिया गया. हालांकि नौकरी माफिया को फलने-फूलने का पूरा अवसर भाजपा ने अपने शासन काल में दिया. भाजपा को लगा कि एक बड़ा मसला उनके हाथ लगा.

लेकिन हुआ क्या? पासा उल्टा पड़ा. छात्र आंदोलन के खिलाफ उनकी ही बिरादरी के वे लोग खड़े हो गये जो नौकरियों में गये. उसमें इक्के-दुक्के चल रही सरकार के भी मंत्रियों-संतरियों के लोग भी थे, लेकिन बड़ी संख्या वैसे लोगों की थी जो भाजपा के कोर वोटर हैं.

पहले आईसा और फिर देवेंद्र महतो खेमा इस खेल को समझ गया और कन्नी काट कर निकल गये. उनकी यह अजीब जबरदस्ती थी कि कोर्ट ने जब स्टे दे दिया तो भी वे हेमंत का पुतला जलाते रहे.

अभी जो इस मामले में थोड़ी बहुत जांच पड़ताल हो रही है, वह हेमंत सोरेन के चलते, वरना भाजपा के ही लोग अब इस मामले में पीछे हट गये, क्योंकि सारा किया धरा तो उनके ही शासन के दौर का था. जांच पड़ताल ज्यादा गहराई से हुई तो आंच उन तक ही पहुंचेगी.

यानी, भाजपा छात्र आंदोलन का भी इस्तेमाल करने में विफल रही. वैसे भी वे तो भाजपा के समर्थक पहले से थे, आदिवासी, दलित, अल्पसंख्यक समूह तो उस आंदोलन में शामिल हुआ ही नहीं.

भाजपा का नगड़ी आंदोलन भी परवान नहीं चढ़ा

हम यह भी नहीं भूल सकते कि उस पूरे क्षेत्र की जमीन एजूकेशन हब के नाम पर हड़पने की योजना भाजपा सरकारों के दौर में बनी. वहां जो लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी या कालेज बना वह जनता के भारी विरोध के बावजूद सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के हस्तक्षेप से. इस बार तो आंदोलन की नकेल भाजपा के हाथ में थी. वह एक बड़ी पार्टी है. बाबूलाल मरांडी, अर्जुन मुंडा, मधु कोड़ा, चंपई सोरेन जैसे दिग्गज नेता, नगड़ी की जनता का साथ. तो आंदोलन कर इसे रोकती क्यों नहीं?

क्यों ठंढ़ा पर गया यह उनका नगड़ी के खिलाफ आंदोलन? क्योंकि छत्तीसगढ़ के हसदेव का जंगल बेरहमी से कटवाने वाले और अदानी को औने-पौने दामों में आदिवासी जमीन मुहैया कराने वाली भाजपा में वह नैतिक बल है ही नहीं कि वह विस्थापन के खिलाफ आंदोलन चला सके. वह सिर्फ राजनीति कर सकती है.

बेहतर होगा कि हेमंत की अबुआ सरकार नगड़ी में अस्पताल बनाने की जिद छोड़ दे, लेकिन अभी तो हम यही कहना चाहेंगे कि हेमंत ने भाजपा की नफरती राजनीति और उनकी हर चाल को विफल कर उन्हें करारी मात दी है. दूसरी तरफ बार-बार झामुुुमो-कांग्रेस के बीच फूूट डालने में भी रांची से लेकर दिल्ली तक के रणनीतिकार सफल नहीं हो सके हैं.

भाजपा में अभी रघुवर दास को छोड़ कर बाबूूूूलाल, अर्जुन मुंडा, मधु कोड़ा और चंपई सोरेन आदिवासी समाज से आते हैं और सभी सीएम रह चुके हैं. इसके बावजूद भाजपाइयों के साथ आदिवासी समाज नहीं जुड़ पाया है. इससे दिल्ली का शीर्ष नेतृत्व परेशान है. पिछले दो साल से दिल्ली सिर्फ सरकार गिराने की फिराक में है पर उनके सभी मुहरें पिट चुकी हैं
