त्योहारों से पहले गुमला में खाद्य विभाग की छापेमारी, लड्डू-सूजी और बेसन के सैंपल जांच के लिए भेजे

गुमला: त्योहारों का सीजन शुरू होने से पहले खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट रोकने के लिए गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने जांच अभियान तेज कर दिया है। विभाग की टीम ने शहर के अलग-अलग किराना दुकानों, होटल, रेस्टोरेंट और खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान लड्डू, सूजी और बेसन के सैंपल जांच के लिए लिए गए, जिन्हें राज्य खाद्य जांच प्रयोगशाला, नामकुम (रांची) भेजा गया है।

यह कार्रवाई संयुक्त खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त, झारखंड सरकार, उपायुक्त गुमला और अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के निर्देश पर की गई। अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर और आशा राज ने किया।

लड्डू, सूजी और बेसन के लिए सैंपल

जांच के दौरान लोहरदगा रोड स्थित ‘फन एंड फूड’ से लड्डू और ‘गुरमीत ट्रेडर्स’ से सूजी व बेसन के नमूने लिए गए। सभी सैंपलों को जांच के लिए राज्य खाद्य जांच प्रयोगशाला, नामकुम भेजा गया है।

अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, लैब से रिपोर्ट आने के बाद जांच के परिणाम के आधार पर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

दुकानों में लाइसेंस से लेकर एक्सपायरी डेट तक की जांच

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम ने कई दुकानों और खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में फूड लाइसेंस, साफ-सफाई, एक्सपायरी डेट, पानी की जांच रिपोर्ट और कर्मचारियों के मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट की भी जांच की।

अधिकारियों ने दुकानदारों और प्रतिष्ठान संचालकों को खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़े नियमों का पालन करने और ग्राहकों को शुद्ध एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया।

मिलावट का शक हो तो करें शिकायत

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारियों ने आम लोगों से भी अपील की है कि अगर किसी खाद्य पदार्थ में मिलावट या उसके असुरक्षित होने का संदेह हो तो इसकी सूचना खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग, गुमला को दें। इसके अलावा Food Safety Connect ऐप के जरिए ऑनलाइन शिकायत भी दर्ज की जा सकती है।

विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि त्योहारी सीजन को देखते हुए मिलावटखोरी के खिलाफ जांच अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा। शिकायत मिलने पर खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान या कारोबारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
