35 साल पुराने बिजली तार और टूटी पाइपलाइन से परेशान गंझूडीह के ग्रामीण सड़क पर उतरे, CCL प्रबंधन को चेतावनी

स्वांग वाशरी गेट पर ग्रामीणों का जोरदार प्रदर्शन, आश्वासन के बाद लौटे; बोले- जल्द समाधान नहीं हुआ तो आंदोलन होगा तेज

गोमिया: वर्षों से बिजली और पेयजल जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं की समस्या झेल रहे गंझूडीह के ग्रामीणों का सब्र बुधवार को जवाब दे गया। बड़ी संख्या में महिला और पुरुष ग्रामीण हाथों में तख्तियां लेकर सीसीएल स्वांग वाशरी कार्यालय के गेट पर पहुंच गए। यहां ग्रामीणों ने जमकर नारेबाजी करते हुए अपनी पुरानी समस्याओं के स्थायी समाधान की मांग की।

ग्रामीण गंझूडीह से पुराना माइंस होते हुए स्वांग वाशरी परियोजना गेट तक पहुंचे। प्रदर्शन के दौरान ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि गांव की जमीन और घर सीसीएल के विकास के लिए लिए गए, लेकिन आज उसी क्षेत्र के लोग बिजली और पानी जैसी जरूरी सुविधाओं के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।

35 साल पुराने तार बने खतरे की वजह

ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि गांव में बिजली के तार करीब 35 साल पहले लगाए गए थे। लंबे समय से उचित मरम्मत और रखरखाव नहीं होने के कारण तार अब जर्जर हो चुके हैं। कई स्थानों पर तार नीचे तक झूल रहे हैं और टूटकर गिरने की घटनाएं भी होती रहती हैं।

ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि जर्जर तारों के कारण हर समय हादसे का डर बना रहता है। उनका आरोप है कि कई बार इस समस्या की जानकारी सीसीएल प्रबंधन को दी गई, लेकिन स्थायी समाधान की दिशा में अपेक्षित कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

पाइपलाइन में लीकेज, घरों तक नहीं पहुंच रहा पर्याप्त पानी

गंझूडीह में सिर्फ बिजली ही नहीं, बल्कि पेयजल की समस्या भी गंभीर है। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार वर्षों पहले बिछाई गई पानी की पाइपलाइन कई जगह से क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुकी है। पाइप में लीकेज के कारण पर्याप्त पानी घरों तक नहीं पहुंच पाता।

ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि गर्मी हो या बरसात, पानी की परेशानी बनी रहती है। इन समस्याओं को लेकर कई बार मौखिक और लिखित शिकायतें की गईं, लेकिन कार्रवाई के नाम पर अब तक सिर्फ आश्वासन ही मिलता रहा।

प्रबंधन से वार्ता के बाद फिलहाल शांत हुआ मामला

ग्रामीणों के प्रदर्शन की सूचना मिलने के बाद सीसीएल स्वांग वाशरी के वरीय प्रबंधक अभिजीत महतो और उप प्रबंधक अमन भूषण ने ग्रामीण प्रतिनिधियों को कार्यालय बुलाकर बातचीत की। इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने जर्जर बिजली तारों को बदलने, पानी की पाइपलाइन की मरम्मत कराने और अन्य समस्याओं का जल्द समाधान करने की मांग रखी।

वार्ता के दौरान प्रबंधन की ओर से जर्जर बिजली तारों को बदलने समेत अन्य समस्याओं के समाधान का आश्वासन दिया गया। इसके बाद ग्रामीण वापस लौट गए।

हालांकि, ग्रामीणों ने साफ कर दिया कि अब सिर्फ आश्वासन से काम नहीं चलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए जमीन पर कार्रवाई दिखाई देनी चाहिए। यदि जल्द ठोस पहल नहीं हुई तो आंदोलन को और व्यापक किया जाएगा। ग्रामीणों ने इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी सीसीएल प्रबंधन की होने की चेतावनी दी है।

प्रदर्शन में विश्वनाथ दास, मुकेश राम, लखन राम, सुंदर लाल राम, मनोज निषाद, तारा राम, श्रवण राम, अभिमन्यु राम, बंगाली राम, राजू राम, भीम राम, विनोद राम, दशरथ राम, सुभाष, बासुदेव, गीता देवी, शांति देवी और अनिता देवी समेत बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे।
