पोक्सो और किशोर न्याय अधिनियम पर गुमला में मल्टी-स्टेकहोल्डर कार्यशाला

बच्चों के साथ यौन अपराध छिपाना भी कानूनी अपराध: डीएलएसए सचिव

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में झारखंड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, रांची के आदेश एवं प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-सह-अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला, अजीत कुमार सिंह के निर्देश पर डीएलएसए के सभागार में *पोक्सो अधिनियम एवं किशोर न्याय अधिनियम* पर मल्टी-स्टेकहोल्डर कंसल्टेशन सह कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन प्रधान न्यायाधीश, कुटुंब न्यायालय ओम प्रकाश, एडीजे – IV सह विशेष पोक्सो न्यायाधीश संजीव भाटिया, डीएलएसए सचिव रामकुमार लाल गुप्ता और एसडीपीओ सुरेश यादव* ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया।

पोक्सो एक्ट बच्चों को यौन अपराधों से देता है संरक्षण” – ओम प्रकाश
प्रधान न्यायाधीश ओम प्रकाश* ने कहा कि पोक्सो अधिनियम बच्चों को यौन अपराधों से संरक्षित करने के लिए बनाया गया है। इसमें बच्चों के साथ अपराध करने वालों के लिए कठोर सजा का प्रावधान है।

साक्ष्य संकलन और पीड़ित संरक्षण पर जोर – संजीव भाटिया
एडीजे – IV सह विशेष पोक्सो न्यायाधीश संजीव भाटिया ने पोक्सो अधिनियम के तहत अपनाई जाने वाली प्रक्रिया की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को साक्ष्य संकलन, पीड़ित को संरक्षण देने और त्वरित कार्रवाई के संबंध में दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने * सीडब्ल्यूसी * को निर्देश दिया कि पोक्सो के सभी मामलों में *सपोर्ट पर्सन* उपलब्ध कराएं ताकि पीड़िता को कोई परेशानी न हो। साथ ही मुआवजा राशि की अनुशंसा और बच्चों का *केयर प्लान* भी सीडब्ल्यूसी तैयार करे।

*”अपराध छिपाना भी अपराध” – डीएलएसए सचिव*
* डीएलएसए सचिव रामकुमार लाल गुप्ता ने कहा कि यदि बच्चों के साथ किसी प्रकार का यौन अपराध होता है तो उसे छिपाएं नहीं, बल्कि तुरंत संबंधित पदाधिकारी को सूचना दें। अपराध को छिपाना भी कानूनी अपराध है, जिसमें मामला छिपाने वाले के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर सजा का प्रावधान है।

उन्होंने सभी स्टेकहोल्डरों से बच्चों के कल्याण के लिए मिलकर काम करने और उन्हें यौन अपराधों से बचाने का आह्वान किया।

एसडीपीओ सुरेश यादव ने भी कार्यशाला में उपस्थित सभी स्टेकहोल्डरों को पोक्सो मामलों में अपनाई जाने वाली प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी।

उक्त कार्यक्रम में * एलएडीसी, सीडब्ल्यूसी , डीसीपीओ , चिकित्सक, एसडीपीओ, सभी थाना प्रभारी एवं सपोर्ट पर्सन सहित बड़ी संख्या में पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
