क्या गरीबों को RIMS मे सस्ती दवाई नहीं मिलेगी, क्या दवाइदोस्त बंद हो रही है ?

रांची – प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रे मोदी जी ने जेनेरिक दवा को बढ़ावा देने की बात की, गरीब महंगी दावा का बोझ नहीं उठा सकते ,इसलिए RIMS रांची मे एक स्वयं सेवी ने अपनी जेनेरिक दवाई की दुकान दवाइदोस्त को लगाया , इसका मकसद ये था की गरीबों को सस्ती जेनेरिक दावा मिल सके , मगर RIMS के नए फरमान से हिसाब से एक महीने के अंदर दवाइदोस्त के दुकान को बंद करना होगा , RIMS के पास अभी को वैकल्पिक वैवस्था नहीं है और ये दुकान बंद हो जाने पर रोज़ हजारो मरीज़ो को सस्ती दावा से महरूम होना पड़ेगा |

इस मामले पर रिम्स के चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ विवेक कश्यप ने कहा कि अब खुली निविदा के तहत रिम्स परिसर में दवा दुकान के लिए टेंडर किया जाएगा. एक माह में नयी व्यवस्था करते हुए मरीजों को जेनरिक दवा की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने का हमारा प्रयास है. उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के तहत संचालित जन औषधि केंद्र के लिए भी टेंडर निकाला गया है. टेंडर प्रक्रिया में जिनका प्राइस कम होगा, उन्हें दुकान चलाने की जिम्मेवारी दी जाएगी. हालांकि डॉ विवेक कश्यप भी मानते हैं कि इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में एक महीने से अधिक समय लगेगा. उन्होंने कहा कि जबतक दवाई दुकान के लिए नयी व्यवस्था नहीं होती है, तब तक दवाई दोस्त को हटाना उचित नहीं होगा. क्योंकि दुकान हटने से मरीजों को काफी दिक्कत होगी.

दवाइदोस्त ट्रस्ट प्रेमसंस एंड बारोलिया ट्रस्ट के राज बारोलिया ने कहा कि हर रोज रिम्स में संचालित दवाई दोस्त दवा की दुकान से 700-800 मरीज दवा खरीदकर ले जाते हैं. हमारे ट्रस्ट ने खरीद दाम पर दवा बेचकर मरीजों को राहत देने का काम किया है. 24 घंटे 364 दिन खुली रहने वाली दवा दुकान को रिम्स प्रबंधन हटा कर मरीजों पर बोझ बढ़ाना चाहती है. उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार आर्थिक रूप से गरीब मरीजों को भी हमारी संस्था मुफ्त दवा देती है.

आज सुबह से इस खबर पर हर वर्ग के लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया आ रही है विपक्ष के कई नेताओं ने इस फैसले का विरोध किया है
BJP के नेता श्री बाबूलाल मारंडी जी ने कहा “राँची के RIMS अस्पताल कैम्पस स्थित जेनरिक दवाईयां सस्ते दर पर बेचने वाले ट्रस्ट की ‘’दवाई दोस्त’’ दुकान बंद कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।यह घोर अनुचित काम है और यह ग़रीबों को सस्ते दर पर मिल रही दवाई जैसे जनोपयोगी लाभ से वंचित कराने का प्रयास है।दवाई दोस्त की जेनरिक एवं एकदम सस्ती दवाई से जन सामान्य को लंबे समय से लाभ मिल रहा है।सरकार को चाहिए था कि ऐसी दुकानें ज़िला व प्रखंड स्तर तक खुलवाकर ग़रीबों को लाभान्वित कराती।स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता जी, आप दवाई दोस्त दुकान बंद न होने देने के लिये कदम उठायें।

सोश्ल मीडिया मे हमेशा अपनी बात बेबाकी से रखने वाले बीजेपी के बोकारो जिला भाजयुमो आईटी सेल प्रभारी श्री निलकमल रजवार ने कहा “झारखंड़ सरकार को रिम्स परिसर के साथ अन्य जगहों पर भी दवाई दोस्त की दुकाने खोलनी चलाने पर जोर देनी चाहिए,ताकि झारखंड़ राज्य के गरीबो, पिछडो वर्ग के लोगो को मदद मिल सके राज्य ऐसे बहुत से परिवार भी है जो महंगी से महंगी दवा नहीं खरीद पाते उनको सस्ती ओर आधा दामो पर अच्छी दवा दिलाकर गरीब असहाय लोगो को मदद करता है ये दवाई दोस्त को ख़ाली करने का फ़रमान ग़लत है इसपर गरीब परिवार पर खासा असर पड़ेगा माननीय मुख्यमंत्री हेमन्त सोरेन जी ओर मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता जी से निवेदन है इसपे विचार करना चाहिए”
