बिरनी में तेज रफ्तार हाइवा की चपेट में बाइक सवार दंपती, पत्नी की मौत-पति घायल

गिरिडीह जिला के बिरनी प्रखंड में सड़क दुर्घटना जिले के बिरनी थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत केंदुआ में हुई है. हादसे में मारी गयी महिला का नाम सुनीता देवी है और घायल पति का नाम केदार वर्मा है. बताया जाता है सोमवार को सुबह 8 बजे के करीब केदार वर्मा अपनी पत्नी के साथ ससुराल जरीडीह से अपने गांव टाटो जा रहा था. इसी दौरान पत्थर लदा तेज रफ्तार हाइवा ने बाइक सवार दंपती को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया. इस हादसे में पत्नी सुनीता देवी की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई जबकि पति केदार वर्मा घायल हो गए.इसके बाद लोगों ने पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी और दुर्घटना के विरोध में ग्रामीणों ने रोड जाम कर दिया. लोगों ने मुआवजा सहित अन्य मांगों को लेकर नारेबाजी करने लगे. सड़क जाम के कारण इस रोड में वाहनों का आवागमन बाधित हो गया. मौके पर पहुंचे थाना प्रभारी की पहल से जाम को हटाया गया और आवागमन सुचारू किया गया. पुलिस ने हाइवा को जब्त कर लिया और मौके से शव को कब्जे में लेते हुए पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया. इसके साथ ही मामले की जांच भी शुरू कर दी है.
