विशेष लोक अदालत को लेकर प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश व उपायुक्त ने कहा-संबंधित पक्षकार सशरीर या वर्चुअल तरीके से भी शामिल हो सकते हैं

गिरिडीह में 29 जुलाई से 3 अगस्त तक विशेष लोक अदालत सप्ताह का आयोजन 

गिरिडीह : सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा 29 जुलाई से लेकर 3 अगस्त तक विशेष लोक अदालत सप्ताह का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस दौरान आपसी सहमति व समझौते के आधार पर मामलों का निष्पादन किया जाएगा। इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने हेतु एवं जन-जन तक इसका प्रचार-प्रसार करने के उद्देश्य से प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार मनोज प्रसाद, उपायुक्त सह उपाध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक सह सदस्य जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार दीपक कुमार शर्मा ने संयुक्त प्रेस वार्ता के माध्यम से जन-जन तक इस महत्वपूर्ण दिवस के बारे में जानकारी दी गई. प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार ने कहा कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा आयोजित किए जानेवाले इस विशेष लोक अदालत में संबंधित पक्षकार सशरीर या वर्चुअल तरीके से इसमें शामिल हो सकते हैं।

जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गिरिडीह द्वारा इस मेगा विधिक सशक्तिकरण शिविर के सफल आयोजन के लिए उपायुक्त सह उपाध्यक्ष के साथ सामंजस्य स्थापित कर सभी विभागों द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं एवं उनके लाभुकों के चिन्हितीकरण की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा रही है, ताकि उन्हें इस शिविर के माध्यम से लाभान्वित किया जा सके। डीसी ने आमजनों,पक्षकारों, मीडियाकर्मियों, बुद्धिजीवियों, विद्वान अधिवक्ताओं से अपने स्तर से सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में आयोजित किए जाने वाले विशेष लोक अदालत के साथ-साथ गिरिडीह जिले में आयोजित किए जाने वाले विशेष लोक अदालत, राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत एवं मेगा विधिक सशक्तिकरण शिविर के सफल आयोजन हेतु प्रचार प्रसार कर आम जनों को जागरूक करने की अपील की। सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से लेकर जिला व तालुका न्यायालय द्वारा इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम निरंतर आयोजित किया जा रहे हैं जो इनकी व्यापक सफलता को प्रदर्शित करता है। आम लोगों को भी बढ़ चढ़कर इस प्रकार के अवसर का लाभ उठाना चाहिए एवं अपने मामलों का निष्पादन करवा कर शांतिपूर्ण समाज के निर्माण में अपना योगदान देना चाहिए। जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन निरंतर न्यायपालिका के दिशा निर्देशों का अनुपालन कर इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रमों में बढ़-चढ़कर अपना सहयोग प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। पुलिस अधीक्षक सह सदस्य, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार दीपक कुमार शर्मा ने कहा कि गिरिडीह जिले का पुलिस प्रशासन न्यायपालिका द्वारा आयोजित किए जाने वाले इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रमों में निरंतर ही अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन करते आ रही है। पूर्व की भांति ही इस बार भी आयोजित किए जाने वाले इन विशेष लोक अदालत एवं राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के लिए न्यायालय द्वारा पक्षकारों के लिए निर्गत नोटिस को जिला पुलिस के स्पेशल सेल के माध्यम से पक्षकारों को नोटिस का तामिला करवाया जाएगा, ताकि इस कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक पक्षकारगण उपस्थित होकर अपने मामलों का निष्पादन करवा सकें।
