दसवें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान गुमला द्वारा कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय गुमला में हुआ , योग दिवस का समापन ।

गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय गुमला की संचालिका राजयोगिनी शांति दीदी द्वारा कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय गुमला में दसवें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें छात्राओं को योग के विभिन्न आसन एवं प्राणायाम अभ्यास कराए गए। तत्पश्चात ज्ञान के माध्यम से मन को एकाग्रचित करने की विधि बताई गई। कार्यक्रम में संस्थान के सदस्य बीके ममता बहन, बीके शिव भाई, बीके सुचिता बहन, पंकज कुमार, उत्तम कुमार, हॉस्टल वार्डन रोहिणी प्रसाद, ममता कुमारी एवं विद्यालय के समस्त शिक्षक , एवं समस्त छात्राएं सम्मिलित रहे।

मौके पर ब्र कु ममता बहन राजयोग का अभ्यास कराई एवं उससे होने वाले लाभ के विषय में बतायीं। वहीं शिव भाई ने स्वयं एवं समाज के लिए योग विषय पर संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज योग हमारे जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखता है क्योंकि कहा जाता है योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् अर्थात योग से कर्मों में कुशलता आती है और हम आत्मनिर्भरता की तरफ बढ़ते हैं। कर्म में कुशलता तब आती है जब हमारे विचारों में श्रेष्ठता होती है। अतः हमें विचार श्रेष्ठ करने के लिए अपने परिवेश के चारों तरफ की अच्छी आदतों को अपनाना चाहिए और बुरी आदतों से बचना चाहिए। आज के समय में हमें मोबाइल के दुरुपयोग से बचकर उसके सही मायने में उपयोग के तरफ बढ़ने चाहिए।

साथ ही साथ हमें अपने मन ,वचन, कर्म से किसी को दुख हो ऐसे बोल नहीं बोलनी चाहिए। अपनी वाणी के प्रयोग में किसी के लिए टोंट कसना, सीमा रहित हंसी मजाक, किसी की बातों को बढ़ा चढ़ा कर वर्णन करना और उसे सभी लोगों के आगे लज्जित करना इन सब बुरी आदतों से बचना चाहिए। तब हम विद्यार्थी जीवन में सफलता प्राप्त सकते हैं और सर्वे के लिए सुखदाई बन सकते हैं।
