अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर विश्वविद्यालय में हुआ योगाभ्यास

योग से मानसिक विकास एवं निरोगी काया की प्राप्ति होती है: डॉ अमित कुमार सिंह

दसवां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर 21 जून को विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय योग केंद्र के द्वारा युसेट भवन में योगाअभ्यास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत प्रातः 7:00 बजे शांति मंत्र के साथ हुई । कार्यक्रम के प्रशिक्षक के रूप में योग विभाग के प्राध्यापक अभिषेक कुमार सिंह ने योग से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्राओं को बताया । अभिषेक कुमार सिंह ने सभी को मंडूकासन, ताड़ासन, योग निद्रा , कपालभाति , अनुलोम विलोम, वृक्षासन आदि योग का अभ्यास कराया। उन्होंने कहा कि सच्चा और सफल जीवन का सूत्र योग ही है। आज विश्व के प्रत्येक देश योग दिवस को मना रहे है।

योग केंद्र के द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डा मोहम्मद मोख्तार आलम थे । उन्होंने कहां कि योग जीवन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योकि स्वस्थ तन मे स्वस्थ मन निवास करता है । विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप मे विभावि कुलानाशासक सह छात्र कल्याण संकायाध्यक्ष डॉ मिथलेश कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि योग का इतिहास बहुत पुराना है। उन्होंने प्राचीन काल से लेकर आधुनिक काल मे योग के महत्व के बारे मे चर्चा की और योग के आधुनिक स्वरूप को पतंजलि से जोड़कर बताया।

सीसीडीसी डॉ के के गुप्ता ने भी योग पर अपने विचार रखे । योग विभाग के निदेशक डॉ अमित कुमार सिंह ने कहा योग करने से मानसिक विकास एवं निरोगी काया को प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। इसलिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति यदि 24 घन्टे मे से 45 मिनट योग करे तो जटिल बीमारियो से बचा जा सकता है । हमे स्वस्थ रहने के लिए प्रतिदिन योग करना पड़ेगा। कार्यक्रम के अन्तिम मे पीजी योग के छात्र रोहित कुमार को बेहतरीन योग प्रदर्शन के लिए विभावि कुलसचिव ने स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया। योग प्रशिक्षक अभिषेक कुमार सिंह को योग प्रशिक्षण हेतु स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया।

इस कार्यक्रम में समाज विज्ञान के संकायअध्यक्ष डॉ सादिक रज्जाक, विज्ञान के संकायअध्यक्ष डॉ एच एन सिन्हा, वित्त पदाधिकारी डॉ सुरेंद्र कुशवाहा, परीक्षा नियंत्रक डॉ सुनील कुमार दुबे , स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षक संघ के सचिव डॉ विनोद रंजन, युसेट के निदेशक डॉ ए के साहा , प्रबंधन विभाग के निदेशक डॉ अमिताभ सामंता एवं काफी संख्या में शिक्षक, शिक्षककेत्तर तथा विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे।
