दस हजार घूस लेते जिला आयुष चिकित्सा प्रभारी रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार

जिला के भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो की टीम में चतरा जिला के टंडवा के आयुष चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ राम प्रकाश वर्मा को 10 हजार घूस लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है। इस संबंध में एसीबी कांड संख्या 01/26 दर्ज किया गया है। साथ ही प्राथमिक अभियुक्त आयुष चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ राम प्रकाश वर्मा को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
बताया गया है कि आवेदिका डॉ प्रिया कुमारी पति हिरालाल कुमार सम्प्रति आयुष सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य पदाधिकारी, आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर, राजकिय आयुर्वेदिक औषद्यालय टण्डव चतरा के द्वारा इस आशय का आवेदन दिया गया था कि वादिनी को प्रति माह वेतन का भुगतान करने के एवज में जिला आयुष चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी चतरा के द्वारा प्रति माह पांच हजार रूपया रिश्वत मांगते हैं। वर्तमान में वादिनी के एकाउंट में चार माह का वेतन मिला है, जिसके लिये जिला आयुष चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी चतरा द्वारा 20 हजार रूपया रिश्वत की मांग कर रहे हैं। ये रिश्वत देना नहीं चाहती थी, इस संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु पुलिस अधीक्षक भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो हजारीबाग के पदनाम से आवेदन दिया गया था।
उक्त आवेदन के संबंध में सत्यापनकर्ता द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापन किया गया तथा सत्यापन के क्रम में आरोपी द्वारा वादिनी से प्रथम किस्त 10 हजार रूपया रिश्वत मांगने का आरोप सत्य पाया गया है। भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो हजारीबाग की गठित ट्रैप टीम के द्वारा प्राथमिकी अभियुक्त डॉ राम प्रकाश वर्मा पिता स्व उमाशंकर वर्मा 10 हजार रूपया रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ विधिवत गिरफ्तार किया गया।
