गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की सख्त कार्रवाई बाजार क्षेत्रों में छापेमारी, कई प्रतिष्ठानों पर नियम उल्लंघन पाए गए

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा सघन छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह अभियान खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में संचालित किया गया।

अभियान के दौरान गुमला के विभिन्न बाजार क्षेत्रों, विशेषकर पालकोट रोड एवं कार्तिक उरांव कॉलेज के आसपास संचालित होटल, किराना स्टोर, ठेला-खोमचा, थोक एवं खुदरा दुकानों की गहन जांच की गई। निरीक्षण के क्रम में सुशीला पान शॉप, हैप्पी मार्ट, प्रधान बिरयानी, कृष्णा जनरल स्टोर, मां संतोषी भंडार, अक्षित फास्ट फूड, बालचंद यादव की दुकान, दिलीप किराना स्टोर, चाय पानी, फ्रेंड्स एंड फैमिली कैफे सहित कई प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया।

जांच के दौरान दुकानदारों को अखाद्य रंगों का उपयोग नहीं करने, खाद्य सामग्री तैयार करते समय एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगेयर पहनने, तथा डुप्लीकेट सॉस एवं अवैध खाद्य सामग्री का प्रयोग नहीं करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए गए। जिन दुकानदारों के पास खाद्य लाइसेंस उपलब्ध नहीं था, उन्हें निर्देशित किया गया कि वे एक सप्ताह के भीतर लाइसेंस बनवा ले अन्यथा नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में यह भी पाया गया कि कुछ दुकानदारों द्वारा चाट में अखाद्य रंगों का प्रयोग कर खाद्य पदार्थ बेचा जा रहा था। इस पर टीम द्वारा मौके पर ही जांच की गई तथा उक्त खाद्य सामग्री को तत्काल नष्ट कराया गया और संबंधित दुकानदारों को कड़ी चेतावनी दी गई।

साथ ही, कई तंबाकू एवं संबंधित उत्पादों की दुकानों पर “21 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्तियों को तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री निषिद्ध है” संबंधी अनिवार्य चेतावनी बोर्ड प्रदर्शित नहीं पाया गया, जो कोटपा अधिनियम (COTPA Act) का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है। इस पर संबंधित दुकानदारों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करते हुए जुर्माना वसूला गया तथा आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। स्कूल एवं शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के 100 मीटर के दायरे में तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित होने के संबंध में दुकानदारों को विशेष रूप से अवगत कराया गया और इसका सख्ती से पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मीट दुकानों की भी जांच की गई। संबंधित मीट दुकानदारों को सख्त हिदायत दी गई कि वे खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के प्रावधानों का पालन सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही उन्हें निर्देशित किया गया कि वे स्थानीय निकाय एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित करें, अन्यथा उनके विरुद्ध वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

सभी संबंधित दुकानदारों को सख्त हिदायत दी गई कि वे निर्धारित खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का अनुपालन करें।

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के निरीक्षण एवं छापेमारी अभियान नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे। आम उपभोक्ताओं से अपील की गई है कि यदि उन्हें किसी खाद्य व्यवसायी द्वारा मिलावटी अथवा मानकविहीन खाद्य सामग्री के क्रय-विक्रय की जानकारी मिले, तो वे इसकी शिकायत फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट एप (Food Safety Connect App) के माध्यम से कर सकते हैं।
