एपेस्टीन फाईल्स के पन्ने खुल रहे हैं और गोरों की दुनिया का काला सच सामने आ रहा है. यह उस सभ्यता की कहानी है जो मानता है कि चकले घर नहीं होंगे, तो सुसभ्य, पारिवारिक व नागरजीवन और संस्कृति सुरक्षित नहीं रहेगी. इसलिए पुरातन काल से दमित इच्छाओं, कुंठाओं और कभी न पूरी होने वाली अतृप्त लिप्साओं की निकासी का मार्ग बना कर रखा गया, वरना सभ्यता का वह आवरण तार-तार हो जायेगा जिसके पीछे वह बदसूरत दुनिया छुपी हुई है.

कितने पाक-साफ हैं अमीरों की दुनिया

लेकिन गोरों की उस दुनिया के इस काले सच को थोड़ी घृणा और जुजुप्सा से सभी चटखारे लेकर पढ़ रहे हैं. लाखों पन्नों की फाईल है, इसलिए कहानियां भी अनंत होगी. साथ ही यह पढ़ते और पढ़ाते यह भी दंभ कि हम उनके जैसे नहीं. कितनी घृणित है अमीरों की यह दुनिया, हम कितने पाक-साफ! लेकिन उन कहानियों में अजूबा क्या है? क्या अपने देश में कस्बे से लेकर महानगरों में चकला घर नहीं? लड़कियों की तिजारत नहीं होती? हर दिन बलात्कार, दरिंदगी के खिस्सों से भरा तो रहता है अखबार.

और यह आज हो रहा है? पूंजीवादी व्यवस्था और संस्कृति में तो हर चीज बिकाउ बन गया है. लेकिन हर दौर में किसी न किसी रूप में सेक्स का कारोबार होता रहा है. अप्सरायें, नगरवधुएं, देवदासियां, छाती नंगी कर चलने का फरमान, परिवार के दायरे में विधवाओं का शोषण, क्या नहीं होता रहा है? और बच्चियों का शारीरिक शोषण, अपने देश में और हिंदू संस्कृति में बाल विवाह का ही प्रचलन था.

रजस्वला होने के पहले विवाह कर देना परम धर्म था. बाल विवाह, बेमेल विवाह, सब कुछ तो होता रहा है? संसद में लड़कियों के बालिग होने की उम्र बढ़ाने के लिए कितना विवाद हुआ था.

लेकिन माना कि अतृप्त इच्छाओं और वासनाओं का अंत नहीं, ययाति की कहानी भूल गये जिसने बुढ़ापे में अपने बेटे से जवानी मांग ली थी. फिर भी अंत होगा. ऐपेस्टीन फाईल की जुजुप्सा खत्म हो जायेगी.

बस चंद रोज, चंद महीने का मामला है. और कौतूहल से इस वीभत्स दुनिया को मत देखियें, अमीरों की दुनिया, श्रमहीन अमीरी और अमीरजादों की दुनिया ऐसी ही होती है.
