उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में राष्ट्रीय एवं राजकीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित, लंबित कार्यों में तेजी लाने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, राजकीय राजमार्ग एवं भारतमाला परियोजना अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न सड़क निर्माण योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारियों एवं कार्य एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ विभिन्न परियोजनाओं की प्रगति, भूमि अधिग्रहण, मुआवजा भुगतान तथा निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग – 23 पलमा-गुमला पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, भारतमाला परियोजना अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़-झारखंड सीमा से गुमला तक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-43, गुमला बाईपास सड़क निर्माण योजना तथा एनएच-143 डी जामटोली-रांची-संबलपुर इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर परियोजना की प्रगति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की।

समीक्षा के दौरान पलमा-गुमला मार्ग पर लंबित कार्यों एवं विभिन्न विवादित मामलों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने तथा लंबित मामलों का शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने सड़क सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए पलमा-गुमला मार्ग पर आवश्यक स्थानों पर स्पीड ब्रेकर एवं दिशा-सूचक संकेतक (साइनेज) स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में बताया गया कि भारतमाला परियोजना के अंतर्गत भूमि अधिग्रहण एवं मुआवजा भुगतान का लगभग 87 प्रतिशत कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है। जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी ने जानकारी दी कि शेष रैयतों को मुआवजा भुगतान की प्रक्रिया जारी है तथा इसे जल्द पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त ने गुमला बाईपास परियोजना की समीक्षा करते हुए सिलम के समीप निर्मित पुल के पास यातायात व्यवस्था को सुगम बनाने के लिए सभी वाहनों के डायवर्जन हेतु स्पष्ट दिशा-सूचक बोर्ड लगाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्माण कार्यों के दौरान आमजन की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जाए।

बैठक में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की स्थिति में त्वरित सहायता उपलब्ध कराने पर भी विशेष चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि दुर्घटना की सूचना मिलने पर तत्काल एम्बुलेंस सेवा के माध्यम से घायलों को अस्पताल पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।

इसके अतिरिक्त बैठक में राजकीय राजमार्गों से संबंधित विभिन्न योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई। इनमें कोनसा-बकसपुर पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, पुटरीटोली-डोलंगसेरा पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, सिसई-लापुंग-डोड़मा पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, कोचेडेगा-रामरेखा पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, रोकेडेगा-बिलिंगबीरा पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, अघरमा मोड़ से टकरमा-ससिया पथ पुनर्निर्माण योजना, रामपुर (टिम्बर मोड़) से बेड़ाईगी, कदमडीह, टांगरटोली, ईचागुटू, कुरकुरा एवं तेतरटोली तक पुनर्निर्माण योजना, चैनपुर-मांझाटोली-डुमरी पथ पर जारी सड़क चौड़ीकरण एवं सुदृढ़ीकरण योजना, गुमला-बांसडीह-कांसिर पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, सिसई-बसिया पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना, डुमरी से बड़ा कटरा होते हुए झारखंड-छत्तीसगढ़ सीमा तक सड़क चौड़ीकरण एवं सुदृढ़ीकरण योजना तथा बाकुटोली-कुरकुरा-बानो पथ चौड़ीकरण योजना शामिल हैं।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों एवं कार्य एजेंसियों को आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण तरीके से कार्य पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कार्य एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।
