आज जिला स्तरीय 10वां विश्व अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का हुआ आयोजन, उपायुक्त सहित जिले के तमाम वरीय अधिकारी भी हुए कार्यक्रम में शामिल

आज शुक्रवार को नगर भवन गुमला में जिला प्रशासन एवं जिला आयुष समिति गुमला के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में जिले में 10वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस योग दिवस के अवसर पर आयुष समिति के प्रशिक्षकों के द्वारा सभी को विभिन्न योग अभ्यास करवाया गया। जिसमें लगभग 10 से अधिक योगाभ्यास शामिल थे।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से उपायुक् कर्ण सत्यार्थी, पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो, शाशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाई अपर समाहर्ता सहित जिले के वरीय अधिकारी, कर्मी सहित विद्यार्थी एवं बच्चे भी मौजूद रहें ।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि योग अभ्यास से न केवल आप स्वास्थ्य रहेंगे बल्कि इससे जीवन में एक अनुशासन भी बनी रहती है एवं अनुशासन ही पूरे जीवन को एक सफल रूप देने का कार्य करती है। साथ ही इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने राज्य भर में मादक पदार्थों के सेवन ना करने के विरुद्ध 19 से 25 जून तक चलाए जा रहे अभियान के विषय में उन्होंने प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा स्वास्थ्य जीवन के लिए नशीले पदार्थों के सेवन करने से भी बचे एवं स्वयं को एवं अपने संबंधियों को भी नशीले द्रवो का सेवन न करने के प्रति जागरूक करें। स्वास्थ्य समाज के निर्माण हेतु उन्होने सभी से राज्य स्तर पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने की अपील की।

इस दौरान कार्यक्रम में मौजूद पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि योग की साधना में प्रति दिन दीए गए केवल 30 मिनट भी हमारे जीवन में एक सकारात्मकता की ऊर्जा उत्पन् कार्यों है। नियमित योगाभ्यास करना हमारे मन और चित में एकाग्रता उत्पन्न करती है, हमारी क्षमता का विकास करती है।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य मन ही स्वास्थ्य शरीर का गठन करता है, अतः सदैव स्वास्थ्य रहें एवं निरंतर योगाभ्यास करते हुए स्वयं को एवं समाज को स्वास्थ्य बनाएं , योगाभ्यास के पश्चात बच्चियों के द्वारा योग से जुड़े एक बेहतरीन प्रस्तुति की गई इसके उपरांत सभी अतिथियों के बीच औषधीय पौधों का भी वितरण किया गया, उक्त गुमला जिले में आयोजित जिला स्तरीय 10 वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर गुमला उपायुक्त, गुमला पुलिस कप्तान, उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, एसडीओ सदर , एसडीपीओ सदर, जिले के समस्त अधिकारी, कुर्मी सहित, विद्यार्थी एवं बच्चे बच्चियां शामिल हुए।
