NDRF एवं जिला प्रशासन के समन्वय से बचाव एवं राहत कार्यों का किया गया प्रदर्शन

गुमला : – संभावित आपदाओं से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने की तैयारियों को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से शनिवार को समाहरणालय परिसर, गुमला में राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल (NDRF) द्वारा CBRN (केमिकल, बायोलॉजिकल, रेडियोलॉजिकल एवं न्यूक्लियर) आधारित मॉक ड्रिल का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस मॉक अभ्यास में NDRF की टीम एवं जिला प्रशासन के संयुक्त समन्वय से विभिन्न आपदा परिस्थितियों में बचाव एवं राहत कार्यों की प्रक्रिया का प्रदर्शन किया गया।

मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान NDRF की टीम द्वारा रासायनिक, जैविक, रेडियोलॉजिकल अथवा न्यूक्लियर आपदा जैसी संभावित परिस्थितियों में किस प्रकार त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए प्रभावित क्षेत्र में रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया जाता है, इसका चरणबद्ध (स्टेप बाय स्टेप) प्रदर्शन किया गया। साथ ही आपदा की स्थिति में प्रभावित व्यक्तियों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकालने, प्राथमिक उपचार देने तथा क्षेत्र को सुरक्षित करने की प्रक्रिया को भी दर्शाया गया।

NDRF की 9वीं बटालियन के Deputy Commandant विनय कुमार ने बताया कि गुमला में आयोजित इस मॉक ड्रिल के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन एवं NDRF टीम के समन्वित प्रयासों तथा रेस्क्यू प्रक्रिया का प्रदर्शन किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह के अभ्यास से यह समझने में सहायता मिलती है कि समन्वित प्रयासों के माध्यम से संभावित दुर्घटनाओं से किस प्रकार प्रभावी ढंग से निपटा जा सकता है। साथ ही अभ्यास के दौरान जहां-जहां कमियां (गैप) सामने आती हैं, उनका आकलन कर आवश्यक सुधार के लिए भी कार्रवाई की जाती है।

इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि मॉक ड्रिल के माध्यम से बचाव दल द्वारा विभिन्न गतिविधियों का प्रदर्शन किया गया तथा उपस्थित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से रेस्क्यू प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी गई, जिससे आपदा की स्थिति में त्वरित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, सिविल सर्जन डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज, डीएसपी मुख्यालय वीरेंद्र टोप्पो, सार्जेंट मेजर, डीसीएलआर चैनपुर, डीसीएलआर बसिया शेखर कुमार, अंचल अधिकारी गुमला, अंचल अधिकारी बसिया, कामडारा एवं चैनपुर, NDRF की टीम, जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी-कर्मी, आईटी मैनेजर राजीव कुमार,अलकेश कुमार सहित विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी एवं अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
