गिरिडीह में अन्तरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर हुए कई कार्यक्रम में अन्नपूर्णा देवी ने कहा-योग भारतीय दर्शन और हमारे जीवन का अभिन्न अंग

 गिरिडीह : विश्व योग दिवस पर जिले भर में योग कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये गये। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा भी दसवें योग दिवस पर सर जेसी बोस मॉडल स्कूल सहित अन्य जगहों पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये गये। सरस्वती शिशु विद्या मंदिर, बरगंडा में आयोजित योग कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि अन्नपूर्णा देवी, केंद्रीय महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री, भारत सरकार, विधायक केदार हाजरा, पूर्व विधायक निर्भय शाहाबादी, जिप अध्यक्ष मुनिया देवी एवं समिति सह सचिव राकेश कुमार ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप जलाकर भारत माता एवं महर्षि पतंजलि पर श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित किया। इस दौरान केन्द्रीय मंत्री अन्नपूर्णा देवी ने कहा कि योग भारतीय संस्कृति और हमारी जीवन पद्धति का अभिन्न अंग है। योग कोई व्यायाम या क्रिया मात्र नहीं, वरन हमारी जीवन शैली है जो, तन को स्वस्थ और मान को शांति प्रदान करता है। विश्व गुरु भारत ने योग को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाई और इसके जरिए सांस्कृतिक एकता को बढ़ावा दिया। 2014 को संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने ही भारत के योग के प्रस्ताव को रखा, जिसे महासभा ने स्वीकृति देते हुए 21 जून को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के रूप में मनाने की घोषणा की और इसके साथ ही इस वर्ष पूरी दुनिया दसवां योग दिवस मना रही है।

कबीर ज्ञान मंदिर सहित अन्य संस्थानों में योग शिविर का हुआ आयोजन

उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी राष्ट्र के लिए स्वस्थ नागरिक ही सबसे बड़ी पूंजी होती है। यदि आप स्वयं स्वस्थ हैं तो, पूरा समाज स्वस्थ होगा और तब देश विकसित होगा। योग व्यक्ति को अनुशासन से आनंद की ओर ले जाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है। योग अमूल्य उपहार है जो हमें, हमारे पूर्वजों, ऋषि मुनियों द्वारा सुख-क्षमताओं को जागने के लिए दिया गया है। कहा कि आधुनिक जीवन की भाग-दौड़ में योग ही व्यक्ति को तमाम दबावों एवं तनाव से बाहर निकाल कर उसको नया जन्म देता है। इधर, सर जेसी बोस मॉडल स्कूल मे आयोजित योग कार्यक्रम में जिले के आला अधिकार-कर्मचारी एवं गण्यमान्य लोग खेलों से जुड़े छात्र-छात्राओं, नेता व कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ-साथ वृद्ध व जवान ने योग किया। करीब करीब सभी स्कूलों के अलावा जिले के सभी प्रखंड मुख्यालय, थाना परिसर, जिला अधिवक्ता संघ भवन श्री कबीर ज्ञान मंदिर सहित अन्य संस्थानों में योग शिविर का आयोजन कर लोगों को योग व स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक किया गया।
