बुंदेलखंड की रसोई से निकला हुनर बना देश की पहचान; ज़ाहिदा परवीन के सिर सजा विजेता का ताज

महिलाओं ने दिखाया स्वाद, सलीके और संकल्प का संगम

झाँसी, 11 मई, 2025: बुंदेलखंड की गलियों से उठती देसी मसालों की सुगँध एक बार फिर देशभर में अपनी पहचान बना चुकी है और इस पहचान को नई उड़ान दी ‘बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 2’ ने। क्षेत्र के जाने-माने डिजिटल मीडिया चैनल, बुंदेलखंड 24×7 द्वारा आयोजित पाक कला की इस प्रतियोगिता का ग्रैंड फिनाले 11 मई, रविवार को बुंदेलों के शहर झाँसी में हुआ, जहाँ सिर्फ व्यंजन ही नहीं बने, बल्कि इनके माध्यम से प्रतिभागी बुंदेलखंड की परंपरा को बखूबी सहेजती भी नज़र आईं। बुंदेलखंड के स्वाद को थाली में परोसकर, अपनी सादगी और आत्मविश्वास से जजेस का दिल जीतने वाली ज़ाहिदा परवीन बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 2 की विजेता बनीं। वहीं, रश्मि ठाकुर पहली रनर अप रहीं और पूनम रायकवार दूसरी रनर-अप रहीं। तीनों विजेताओं को ट्रॉफी, चाँदी की पायल और कई आकर्षक उपहारों से सम्मानित किया गया। बाकी फाइनलिस्ट्स को भी सर्टिफिकेट और उपहार दिए गए। जज के रूप में शेफ संजय शर्मा के अतिरिक्त बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 1 की विनर शमिता सिंह और शिवानी कमरिया भी मौजूद रहीं।

88 प्रतिभागियों से शुरू हुई इस अनोखी यात्रा का समापन तब हुआ, जब 5 फाइनलिस्ट्स ने आखिरी राउंड में अपनी प्रतिभा का ज़ायका सबके सामने परोसा। इन प्रतिभागियों में शामिल थीं झाँसी की ज़हीदा परवीन, पूनम रायकवार और साक्षी श्रीवास्तव, ललितपुर की रुचि जैन और सागर की रश्मि ठाकुर। सभी ने यह साबित कर दिया कि किचन अब सिर्फ परंपरा नहीं, बल्कि पहचान भी है।

पारम्परिक परिधानों में फिनाले में पहुँची इन पाँचों प्रतिभागियों को मौके पर ही चुनौती मिली, जब दिग्गज फिल्म स्टार सुष्मिता मुखर्जी ने उन्हें ‘आलू के पराठे’ और ‘गुलाब जामुन’ बनाने के लिए कहा। चुनौती थी 2 घंटे में स्वाद, सजावट और प्रस्तुति, सब कुछ ऐसा हो जो जजेस का दिल जीत ले। जी-जान लगाकर प्रतियोगियों ने न सिर्फ लाजवाब व्यंजन बनाए, बल्कि अपनी टेबल की सजावट से भी माहौल को खास बना दिया। कुल मिलाकर, फैसले की कसौटी सिर्फ ज़ायका नहीं था। जजेस ने स्वाद, प्लेटिंग, टेबल डेकोरेशन और पहनावे के आधार पर निर्णय लिया।

बुंदेलखंड 24×7 के डायरेक्टर, आसिफ पटेल ने कहा, “इस कार्यक्रम ने साबित कर दिया कि क्षेत्र की महिलाएँ अब सिर्फ रसोई तक ही सीमित नहीं हैं। वे अपनी कला और परंपरा को आत्मविश्वास के साथ मंच पर ला रही हैं। मेरी नज़र में सभी विजेता हैं, क्योंकि हर एक प्रतिभागी की थाली में बुंदेलखंड की कोई न कोई कहानी साँस ले रही थी। विजेताओं के साथ ही वह परंपरा भी जीती है, जिसे घर की चौखट से बाहर लाने का हौंसला सभी प्रतिभागियों ने दिखाया। सभी जजेस, शिवांगी तिवारी, दामिनी गौड़ और पूरी टीम का धन्यवाद्, जिनकी मेहनत से यह शो पूरे क्षेत्र के साथ ही देश में भी अपनी अलग पहचान बना रहा है।”

बुंदेलखंड 24×7 द्वारा आयोजित ‘बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 2’ की इस अद्भुत यात्रा को सफल बनाने में कई स्पॉन्सर्स की अहम् भूमिका रही। रचनात्मक सहयोग में रुद्राणी कला ग्राम ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। प्रतियोगिता का पीआर पार्टनर, पीआर 24×7 रहा, वहीं रसा एरोमा और माय कोकोनट्ज़ ने गिफ्ट पार्टनर के रूप में प्रतियोगियों को प्रोत्साहित करने का काम किया। इस पूरे आयोजन की डिजिटल उपस्थिति को विस्तार देने का कार्य ओओएच बाज़ार ने संभाला, जिसने इस सांस्कृतिक पाक यात्रा को और भी प्रभावशाली बना दिया।
