We at IVC Strategy & Consulting are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals who can play a crucial role in election campaigns. They have to drive political strategies on the ground and execute campaigns involving large-scale outreach.
As a Campaign Manager, your responsibility will be to coordinate with internal stakeholders from across teams and external stakeholders including party leaders, cadre, volunteers and the general public at large.
Responsibilities:
1. To detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives
2. To liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on the ground
3. To Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high-impact end-to-end on-ground campaigns; Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
4. To Co-ordinate with various internal teams including digital media, data analytics, media, research and operations to achieve campaign aims
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors / Master or equivalent degree from reputed college/institutes
2. 1-2 years of work experience
3. Those who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
5. Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports
6. Hands on experience with social media tools and platforms
