नई दिल्ली: टेलीकॉम क्षेत्र की प्रमुख कंपनी Vodafone Idea Manpower Services Limited (VIMSL) ने अपने Graduate Hiring Program (GHP) 2026 की घोषणा की है। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत कंपनी ऊर्जावान, महत्वाकांक्षी और करियर उन्मुख युवाओं को फ्रंटलाइन सेल्स के क्षेत्र में अवसर प्रदान करेगी।
भर्ती प्रक्रिया पश्चिम बंगाल, कोलकाता, असम, नॉर्थ बंगाल रीजन और सिक्किम के लिए आयोजित की जा रही है। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Graduate Sales Trainee के पद पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा। कंपनी द्वारा इस पद के लिए 3.8 लाख रुपये वार्षिक (CTC) पैकेज की पेशकश की जा रही है।
Vodafone Idea के अनुसार, चयनित उम्मीदवारों को एक वर्ष के संरचित प्रशिक्षण एवं विकास कार्यक्रम से गुजरना होगा। कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद उन्हें Territory Sales Executive (TSE) के पद पर आगे बढ़ने का अवसर मिलेगा।
कंपनी ने बताया कि प्रतिभागियों को टेलीकॉम सेल्स का व्यावहारिक अनुभव, समर्पित Buddy, Guide और Mentor का सहयोग तथा तेजी से करियर विकास के अवसर प्रदान किए जाएंगे। साथ ही उन्हें देश की अग्रणी टेलीकॉम ब्रांड्स में से एक के साथ काम करने का मौका भी मिलेगा।
इस भर्ती अभियान के लिए वर्ष 2026 में स्नातक (Graduate) होने वाले छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं। किसी भी विषय के स्नातक उम्मीदवार पात्र होंगे, बशर्ते उनके ऊपर कोई सक्रिय बैकलॉग न हो। हालांकि, सेल्स एवं मार्केटिंग में बीबीए (BBA) करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
