भारत में इलेक्ट्रिक टैक्सी सेवा की नई शुरुआत, Green SM ने दिल्ली में लॉन्च किया ऑल-इलेक्ट्रिक ‘Green SM Limo’

New Delhi – वियतनाम की अग्रणी कंपनी विंग्रुप (Vingroup) की इलेक्ट्रिक मोबिलिटी इकाई ग्रीन एसएम (Green SM) ने भारतीय बाजार में कदम रखते हुए अपनी ऑल-इलेक्ट्रिक टैक्सी सेवा ‘Green SM Limo’ लॉन्च कर दी है। कंपनी ने विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस के अवसर पर नई दिल्ली से अपनी सेवाओं की शुरुआत की। इसके साथ ही भारत, वियतनाम, लाओस, इंडोनेशिया और फिलीपींस के बाद ग्रीन एसएम का पांचवां अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार बन गया है।

ग्रीन एसएम की यह नई सेवा सीधे तौर पर देश की प्रमुख राइड-हेलिंग कंपनियों ओला और उबर को चुनौती देने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम मानी जा रही है। कंपनी अपनी टैक्सी सेवा में VinFast Limo Green नामक सात-सीटर इलेक्ट्रिक एसयूवी का उपयोग करेगी, जिसे विशेष रूप से यात्री परिवहन के लिए विकसित किया गया है।

यात्रियों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए वाहनों में पीने का पानी और वेट टिश्यू जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई गई हैं। वहीं सुरक्षा के लिए वाहनों में अंदर और बाहर कैमरे, एआई आधारित मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम तथा ड्राइवर और यात्रियों दोनों के लिए इमरजेंसी सपोर्ट बटन लगाए गए हैं।

कंपनी के अनुसार, सभी ड्राइवरों को “ग्रीन ड्राइवर्स” कहा जाएगा। इन्हें इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के संचालन, सड़क सुरक्षा और बेहतर ग्राहक सेवा से संबंधित विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। यह सेवा कंपनी की “Ride 5 Star” प्रतिबद्धता के तहत शुरू की गई है, जिसमें वाहन की गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षा, पेशेवर व्यवहार और बेहतरीन ग्राहक अनुभव पर विशेष जोर दिया गया है।

ग्राहकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए कंपनी ने लॉन्च ऑफर भी पेश किया है। 5 जून से 11 जून तक Green SM ऐप के माध्यम से बुक की गई सभी सवारी पर 50 प्रतिशत तक की छूट दी जाएगी। हालांकि प्रति राइड अधिकतम छूट 250 रुपये तक सीमित रहेगी।
