विश्व खाद्य सुरक्षा दिवस पर एनसीसी शिविर में जागरूकता अभियान, 500 से अधिक कैडेट्स को किया गया जागरूक

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में 7 जून 2026 को विश्व खाद्य सुरक्षा दिवस के अवसर पर गुमला जिला के सिसई प्रखंड स्थित बी.एन. जालान कॉलेज में आयोजित एनसीसी शिविर में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा एक विशेष जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य युवा कैडेट्स एवं विद्यार्थियों को सुरक्षित, पौष्टिक एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन के महत्व से अवगत कराना तथा स्वस्थ समाज के निर्माण में उनकी भूमिका को सशक्त बनाना था। कार्यक्रम में 500 से अधिक एनसीसी कैडेट्स ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।

कार्यक्रम का खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने किया। उन्होंने उपस्थित कैडेट्स को खाद्य सुरक्षा, स्वच्छ भोजन, संतुलित आहार, खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता की पहचान तथा उपभोक्ताओं के अधिकारों के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वस्थ राष्ट्र के निर्माण में युवाओं की भुमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है और खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता इसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

अपने संबोधन में गुग्गी ने फोर्टिफाइड फूड, ईट राइट इंडिया अभियान एवं “आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी और नमक” जैसी जनहितकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देते हुए स्वस्थ खान-पान की आदतों को अपनाने पर बल दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि बिना वैध एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस, निर्माण तिथि, समाप्ति तिथि, बैच नंबर एवं अन्य आवश्यक विवरण वाले खाद्य उत्पादों का निर्माण, भंडारण एवं विक्रय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध है।

विश्व खाद्य सुरक्षा दिवस के अवसर पर सिसई क्षेत्र के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों एवं सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर भी जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया, जहां खाद्य कारोबारियों एवं आम नागरिकों को खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के प्रति जागरूक किया गया।

यह कार्यक्रम नागरिक क्लब, पटना (बिहार) के सहयोग से आयोजित किया गया। नागरिक क्लब, पटना सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1860 के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत संस्था है। संस्था के संस्थापक एवं सचिव तथा फूड सेफ्टी ट्रेनर डॉ. राकेश कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि सुरक्षित भोजन प्रत्येक नागरिक का अधिकार है तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता एक स्वस्थ एवं सशक्त भारत के निर्माण की आधारशिला है।

कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, फूड सेफ्टी ट्रेनर डॉ. राकेश कुमार सिंह, रवि कुमार, संतोष पाठक, प्रियांशु कुमार, सूरज कुमार,सुधांशु कुमार, उदय कुमार खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम, ज्ञान सिटी एजुकेशनल ट्रस्ट, एनसीसी शिविर के पदाधिकारियों एवं नागरिक क्लब, पटना (बिहार) का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी एनसीसी कैडेट्स एवं विद्यार्थियों ने सुरक्षित भोजन अपनाने, खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने तथा समाज में जागरूकता फैलाने का संकल्प लिया।
