घाघरा प्रखंड में जनजाति संवाद कार्यक्रम आयोजित, राशन वितरण में अनियमितताओं सहित कई समस्याएं आईं सामने

गुमला: घाघरा प्रखंड मुख्यालय में रविवार को जनजाति संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग की सदस्य आशा लकड़ा ने ग्रामीणों से सीधा संवाद किया। इस अवसर पर जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी प्रीति किसकु, प्रखंड प्रमुख सविता देवी, बीडीओ दिनेश कुमार, और सीओ आशीष कुमार मंडल ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन किया।

जन संवाद में उठी समस्याएं

कार्यक्रम के दौरान आदिवासी समुदाय के ग्रामीणों ने अपनी समस्याएं सामने रखीं। इनमें आवास योजना, सड़क, बिजली, राशन कार्ड और जमीन से संबंधित मुद्दे प्रमुख थे। ग्रामीणों ने शिकायत की कि कई जगहों पर डीलर राशन नहीं दे रहे हैं। संजू भगत ने विमरला पंचायत के हिसिरगांव में सड़क और पानी की समस्या उठाई, जबकि संतोष उरांव ने बेलागड़ा पंचायत के हालमाटी गांव में गेंदाफूल महिला मंडल को राशन न मिलने की शिकायत की।

राशन वितरण में अनियमितताएं और समाधान के प्रयास

कुछ ग्रामीणों ने खतियान में नाम और जाति में गड़बड़ी का मामला भी उठाया। आशा लकड़ा ने इस पर तुरंत प्रखंड अंचलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि वे इस समस्या को गंभीरता से लेकर जल्द सुधार करें। राशन वितरण में हो रही अनियमितताओं को लेकर निधियां टोली के ग्रामीणों ने डीलर विष्णु उरांव की शिकायत की, जिस पर आशा लकड़ा ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

सड़क और बिजली से संबंधित समस्याएं

रुकी से विमरला तक सड़क निर्माण की मांग पर आशा लकड़ा ने कहा कि इटकीरी से भैंस बथान तक की सड़क के लिए राज्य स्तरीय बैठक में चर्चा की जा चुकी है और जल्द ही इसका निर्माण कार्य शुरू होगा। वहीं, विमरला गांव में बिजली न होने की शिकायत पर बीडीओ दिनेश कुमार को 7 दिनों के भीतर बिजली से संबंधित कार्य पूरे करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में अनियमितताओं पर सवाल

आशा लकड़ा ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में सेविकाओं को दिए गए कम वजन के बर्तनों की शिकायत पर बाल विकास विभाग के सुपरवाइजर से जानकारी मांगी। सुपरवाइजर ने बताया कि बर्तन राज्य से उपलब्ध कराए गए थे, जिस पर आशा लकड़ा ने कहा कि इस मामले में राज्य के सचिव से जवाब तलब किया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रम का समापन और विशेष योगदान

इस अवसर पर दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों को ट्राई साइकिल का वितरण भी किया गया। कार्यक्रम में जिला आपूर्ति अधिकारी, प्रमुख सविता देवी, उप प्रमुख शिवदेवी, पंचायत समिति सदस्य सीमा देवी, कृष्णा लोहार, गोपाल गोप, सूरज मुनि देवी, अलका देवी, अशोक कुमार और अन्य पंचायत प्रतिनिधि व ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
