गुमला : गुमला जिला समाहरणालय सभाकक्ष में गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिला परामर्शदात्री समिति एवं जिला स्तरीय समीक्षा समिति की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक के दौरान सर्वप्रथम अग्रणी जिला प्रबन्धक के द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में विभिन बैंकों से प्राप्त की गई उपलब्धियों की जानकारी दी गई। उपायुक्त ने वार्षिक साख योजना के तहत बैंकवार किए गए कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी बैंक प्रबंधकों/ प्रतिनिधियों को लक्ष्य के अनुरूप उपलब्धि सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
केसीसी के माध्यम से किसानों को उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे लाभ की समीक्षा के क्रम में कृषि क्षेत्र में केसीसी का लाभ बढ़ाने एवं गाय, बकरी सहित अन्य पशुपालन योजनाओं से जुड़े लाभुकों के साथ- साथ मत्स्य पालकों को केसीसी के लाभ से आच्छादित करने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं उपायुक्त ने पीएमएफएमई के तहत माइक्रो फूड प्रोसेसिंग एंटरप्राइज के तहत लाभुकों को चिन्हित कर लाभान्वित करने का निर्देश दिया। एमएसएमई अंतर्गत कार्यों की समीक्षा के क्रम में प्रायरिटी सेक्टर के तहत विभिन्न विकास कार्यों के लिए उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे ऋण में सुधार हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
उपायुक्त ने PVTG गांव के किसानों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर KCC से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ही इच्छुक नागरिकों के कौशल विकास से संबंधित प्रशिक्षण भी उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि किसानों के हित में कार्य करें एवं उनकी सुविधा के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करें। सभी लैंपस से जुड़े किसानों को सभी चिन्हित करते हुए उन्हें KCC का लाभ देने की बात कही। इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त द्वारा अन्य कई विषयों पर चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिया गया।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से LDM गुमला, DPM JSLPS, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारियों सहित विभिन्न बैंकों के प्रतिनिधि / मैनेजर एवं अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
