दीन दयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजनान्तर्गत दिनांक-19 एवं 20 दिसम्बर 2024 आयोजित दो दिवसीय आवासीय क्षेत्रीय स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण

झारखण्ड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी गुमला के तत्वाधान में दीन दयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजनान्तर्गत दो दिवसीय आवासीय क्षेत्रीय स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण का शुभारंभ दिनांक-19 दिसम्बर 2024 को होटल सभेकर,गुमला में शैलेन्द्र जारिका DPM,JSLPS ,राज्य कार्यालय से अखिलेश मिश्रा , कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक Skills & Jobs,एवं जिला प्रबंधक स्किल्स एवं जॉब्स बिरेन बघवार के द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलित करके किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में झारखण्ड के 06 जिलो- गुमला , सिमडेगा, खूंटी, पूर्वी सिहभूम , पश्चिमी सिंहभूम एवं सराइकेला खरसावाँ से कुल 60 सामुदायिक समन्वयक सम्मिलित हुए.
जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक श्री शैलेन्द्र जारिका द्वारा DDU-GKY के उद्देश्य पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया गया कि दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना (डीडीयूजीकेवाई), कौशल विकास व रोज़गार के लिए एक अनूठी पहल है। इस योजना के तहत गरीब ग्रामीण युवाओं को रोजगारोन्मुखी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर सीधे रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए कार्य किया जाता है| परियोजना का मुख्य लक्ष्य 18 से 35 वर्ष के गरीब ग्रामीण युवाओं को विभिन्न रोजगारोन्मुखी क्षेलों से संबंधित कौशल का प्रशिक्षण देकर उन्हें रोजगार उपलब्ध कराना है। सामुदायिक समन्वयक जमीनी स्तर के कर्मी है जो इस कार्य में अत्यंत महतवपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते है |
प्रशिक्षण के प्रथम दिवस पर श्री अखिलेश्वर मिश्रा कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक , Skills & Jobs के द्वारा National Rural Livelihood Mission के तहत Skills प्रशिक्षण के तहत कौशल विकास करते हुए अपना आजीविका को कैसे बेहतर बना सकेंगे इस पर चर्चा की गयी और भविष्य में एक लक्ष्य निर्धारित करते हुए DDU-GKY परियोजना के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बेरोजगार युवक -युवतियों को सम्मानजनक नौकरी दिला सके| भारत जनसंख्या के दृष्टिकोण से विश्व में प्रथम स्थान में है जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा आबादी working age की है जो आज के समय में सबसे अधिक बेरोजगार हैं तो कैसे कौशल प्रशिक्षण देकर युवाओं को एक निश्चित रोजगार की गारंटी दे सकते हैं इन सभी बिंदुओं पर मास्टर ट्रेनर अखिलेश मिश्रा के द्वारा PPT और विडियो के माध्यम से जानकारी दिया गया।
प्रशिक्षण के दूसरे दिन दिनांक- 20.12.2024 को प्रशिक्षक अखिलेश्वर मिश्रा द्वारा श्री दीन दयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना के उद्देश्य के तहत ग्रामीण बेरोजगार युवाओं को उनके शैक्षणिक योग्यता,रुचि एवं आकांक्षा के आधार पर उनका प्रशिक्षण न्यूनतम तीन माह से बारह माह तक आवासीय प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कराते हुए उनको आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जाता उनके बारे में विस्तार जानकारी दिया गया। उसके बाद दीन दयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना का योजना की विशेषता,पात्रता के बारे में जानकारी क्षेत्रीय समन्वयको को दिया गया जिसमें प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के लिए उम्र 18 से 35 वर्ष होना चाहिए और वह झारखंड राज्य का ग्रामीण क्षेत्र का निवासी हो,कोई एक पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य),ट्रेड के अनुसार योग्यता होना चाहिए,उसका शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र, कोई एक गरीबी का साक्ष्य के तहत राशनकार्ड, जाब कार्ड, महिला समूह से सम्बंधित पासबुक, जाति प्रमाण पत्र आरक्षण के अन्तर्गत आने वाले अभियार्थी के लिए क्यों इस योजना के तहत आरक्षण निर्धारित भी किया गया जिसमें अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए 42%, अनुसूचित जाति 19% और अल्पसंख्यकों के लिए 12 % आरक्षित किया गया है जिसमें DDUGKY में महिला का सीट न्यूनतम 33% आरक्षित किया गया है साथ ही साथ रोशनी प्रोजेक्ट के तहत 40% महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किया गया है उसके लिए बेरोजगार युवक – युवतियों के बीच कैसे उनको जागरुक करे, ट्रेड के बारे जानकारी,जॉब , प्लेसमेंट कैसे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों को अधिक से अधिक दिला सके।
उसके उपरांत सभी प्रशिक्षणार्थियो को महिला समूह से संचालित FPO के तहत बाज़ार समिति परिसर स्थित रागी मिशन एवं मिलेट कैफे का भ्रमण कराया गया |
प्रशिक्षण का समापन श्री बिरेन बघवार जिला प्रबंधक Jobs & Skills, द्वारा उपस्थित सभी लोगो का धन्यवाद् ज्ञापन कर किया गया।
