गुमला जिले के डुमरी प्रखंड में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण शिविर में 24 मामलों का हुआ ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आमजन की शिकायतों के त्वरित निष्पादन एवं प्रशासनिक उत्तरदायित्व सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण शिविरों का आयोजन लगातार किया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में आज शुक्रवार को डुमरी प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया।

शिविर का संचालन डुमरी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं अंचल अधिकारी के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में किया गया।

इस अवसर पर विभिन्न श्रेणियों से कुल 47 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें:

राशन कार्ड संबंधित आवेदन — 01

आवास संबंधित आवेदन — 02

पेंशन संबंधित आवेदन — 03

जाति/आय/आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र — 34

जमीन लगान संबंधित आवेदन — 01

चल-अचल संपत्ति संबंधित आवेदन — 01

वाटर पंप संबंधित आवेदन — 01

जन्म प्रमाण पत्र संबंधित आवेदन — 03

आधार कार्ड संबंधित आवेदन — 01

प्राप्त कुल 47 में से 24 मामलों का मौके पर ही ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन कर दिया गया। शेष आवेदनों को त्वरित कार्रवाई हेतु संबंधित विभागों को अग्रसारित किया गया है।

उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि “जन शिकायत निवारण शिविरों का उद्देश्य मात्र औपचारिकता निभाना नहीं, बल्कि लोगों को त्वरित और प्रभावी समाधान प्रदान करना है।”

आगामी सप्ताहों में भी इसी प्रकार जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में जन शिकायत निवारण शिविरों का आयोजन जारी रहेगा , ताकि प्रत्येक नागरिक की समस्या को प्राथमिकता के साथ सुना और हल किया जा सके।
