जारी प्रखंड में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में 59 शिकायतें प्राप्त, 30 का त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी प्रखंड सभागार में प्रखंड प्रमुख उर्मिला केरकेट्टा की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक प्रखंड स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर प्रखंड एवं अंचल कार्यालय से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रकार की कुल 59 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं।

प्रखंड स्तर पर प्राप्त शिकायतों में आधार कार्ड से संबंधित 15, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 3, वृद्धा एवं विधवा पेंशन से संबंधित 13, अबुआ आवास से संबंधित 2, मईया सम्मान योजना से संबंधित 1 तथा बैंक खाते से संबंधित 1 शिकायत दर्ज की गई।

वहीं अंचल स्तर पर जाति प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 5, आय प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 6, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने से संबंधित 4, बज्रपात से संबंधित 2, तथा हाथी द्वारा क्षति से संबंधित 5 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं इस दौरान आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र एवं पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित भी कई मामले देखने को मिले।

कुल प्राप्त 59 शिकायतों में से 30 शिकायतों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन मौके पर ही त्वरित रूप से कर दिया गया । शेष शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु अग्रेतर कार्रवाई जारी है।
